Close to everything No one at reception sometimes

The person that works there, Vasilis made all the difference. He was very attentive, efficient and very personable.

Wifi is very weak. I had to put off some work emails till I left the hotel.

The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully updated. During our 10 days in Greece, staying in several different cities, this was by far the best place we experienced. The location was excellent — close to the beach and all the main activities. The host, a young man, was truly the best host we have ever encountered. He was gentle, kind, incredibly responsive, and genuinely cared about his guests. On our way from the airport to the hotel, I accidentally left my backpack in the taxi. Since I had paid cash and didn’t notice the license plate number, I was extremely distressed. Our host immediately stepped in, contacted the taxi center, and somehow managed to track down both the driver and my backpack. Thanks to him, I was able to recover it, and I cannot thank him enough. Throughout our stay, he was attentive and thoughtful, always making sure we had everything we needed. He even brought breakfast to our room each morning. I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about this place and the exceptional hospitality we received.

Elife was very welcoming and super nice! She was at the reception desk upon our arrival and walked us to our room, where she explained how the air conditioning worked, the TV, and even made wonderful dinner reservations. There were three of us, and the room was spacious enough for everyone to have their own area to get ready. After a lot of walking and exploring, it was really nice to come back to such comfortable beds. The room was clean, and it's clear that they put effort into ensuring their guests have the best experience. It is also so close to the center of town that everything is within walking distance. We had a great time and have no complaints.

Good location. Quiet street just up a couple blocks from the main waterfront and restaurants. Breakfasts were brought to our room daily by a very nice lady and good. No complaints

The room was very clean, the area is quiet and the room is very comfortable. The lady delivering the breakfast was so kind :D The breakfast is delivered to the room and this limits a bit what a person can chose to eat. Yet the portions are good and it feeds you well.

It was very clean and had a good shower. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was a little high up the hill but it was still very close to the town so it wasn’t too much of a big deal.

It had a Central location with easy walking distance to all town facilities The apartment was comfortable and the bathroom was lovely The breakfast was great and brought to our room by a very friendly member of staff There were no real cooking facilities but this was no problem to us as the breakfast was supplied and we found an excellent restaurant 5 minutes away. The air conditioning was a bit of a problem but we reported this.

Very good location for exploring Naxos. They moved us to another room on request which was much better. The one person on reception was helpful and did as much as they could. The room was below our expectation. The sheet was dirty (and not changed when told). The balcony had a view of a car park. Dark and small bathrooms (both rooms). The breakfast is bought to you and very average. There isn’t anyone on reception most of the time, so tricky to talk to someone. Overall felt a bit chaotic.

The property was fairly new, with a small balcony where you can have your meals, with everything we needed, good central location, a bit on the hill. Keep in mind that there are no real addresses on Naxos so to best find the place is to use Google maps for Ampelos Suites. The staff at the reception was very helpful.
