Exceptional staff, especially Sofia, who was kind, welcoming, and very helpful with our 2-year-old son. * Special breakfast requests were accommodated with care and attention. * Excellent central location: * 7 minutes by car to Naxos Chora. * 9 minutes by car to Plaka Beach. * Beautiful hotel with an authentic Greek island atmosphere. * Spacious, comfortable, and very clean rooms. * Daily housekeeping service provided. * Overall, a wonderful stay and would definitely return. * The only minor drawback was that the mattress could have been more comfortable. * It would also be a nice addition if the hotel offered some dinner options for guests who wish to stay in and eat at the property.

Nice room design and convenient location. Do not worry about proximity to the airport as there are no flights at night. Convenient bus stop outside property.

The area smells a little

The property was clean and the staff was professional and courteous. I would have loved more variety on the breakfast choices. It was limited.

The pillows in the room were very thin and made it uncomfortable for sleeping. We also did not like the rocks on the bottom of the shower. They hurt your feet when standing to shower, and you had to watch where you were stepping. Our WiFi was not working, and at night, our electricity would shut off and turn off our air conditioner, we would wake up to a hot room, and then it would turn back on around 8 am.

We came for work but decided to stay a bit longer since the property and it's location was great. Friendly staff, nice breakfast and private parking which was very convenient in Naxos where parking is an issue. Location was great too. It may be by the main road, but very convenient in order to reach Naxos Chora, the villages and the beaches. We didn't use the pool, but looked beautiful and clean. Everything was great. The only thing we could mention, is a luggage rack would've been very helpful. Not a big deal though.

Location, staff, ambience Nothing

The property was great rooms very well sized and comfortable Bus stop right outside of the front gate so could hop on and off to other parts of the island easily Bit close to the main road but not that much of an issue

The staff are excellent..and it is beside a bus route which is really convenient. The people who cleaned our room where fantastic at their job . The location of the hotel is right beside a busy road and whereby you can't hear anything once you are in the room, if you are sitting on your balcony or at the pool the traffic is alot. Also it is beside the airport with planes coming down in front of you. We even decided not to have breakfast there because the breakfast area is right beside the road

We had a wonderful stay! Yanis, the manager, was very helpful and always smiling. The rooms were nice and clean, featuring modern decorations. The pool and hot tub were marvelous, and we also enjoyed spending time at the hotel bar. The hotel is a bit far from the main city of Naxos Chora. Buses pass by every half hour, but their arrival times can be unpredictable. We recommend staying more in the hotel area or renting a car if possible.

The room met expectations (photos & description according to booking). The location of the hotel was quiet yet close to the city. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Nicely maintained rooms and swimming pool. Very much enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was good but limited in variety.

Nice hotel in a pretty good location. Rent a car so you can explore. Naxos has amazing beaches. On a busy road and you can hear the traffic from your room. The bed was rather firm which was not great. The hot tub in our suite did help elevate the lower back pain.

The hotel was amazing, the staff were friendly and attentive and someone was always available to help with anything you needed. The room was spacious, clean and had a great private outdoor space to relax in. Couldn’t recommend staying here more; truly an amazing experience!! Not something I didn’t like but a tip for anyone staying in Naxos in general; I would recommend renting a car as you’re able to get around and see so much more of the Island. It’s beautiful and so worth it!

We absolutely loved our stay! Staff were friendly & helpful, our room was comfortable & clean, and we enjoyed the pool & our private jacuzzi after a day at the beach. The location was also optimal - close to port and one of the best beaches Agios Prokopios. We would definitely recommend this luxury hotel! ❤️ We loved all of it, but would have appreciated a bottle of water in our fridge every day as we would receive at most hotels.

Modern hotel, comfortable spacious rooms, extremely friendly staff able to provide with great tips m, good music by the pool For the cost of a 5* hotel, some elements were too basic: not a wide selection of amenities, no welcome gesture / evening treat i.e mini chocolate, too basic breakfast with no possibility of having an omelette cooked

Right along the main road, the hotel is close to the sea (not very beachy though) and approx. 30 mins walk from town. When we arrived, the complex had just opened for the season that exact day and there was a lot of commotion to get everything ready and set for the season. Our room was in the front row on the ground floor with one side facing sunrise and the other facing sunset and pool area. The whole complex is very beautiful and serene. The room was clean and big, the extra bed was a huge plus. There was enough space to spread out our stuff. Pools and jacuzzis were cleaned every morning. Staff was friendly. - The Wifi connection was not good, constantly kicking us out of the network, no stability once connected - Because of the all around confusion that was going on, we realized late that we weren't accommodated in the room that we had originally booked, and were also not informed about any changes - Probably due to the preparations as well, the staff was just getting started, the breakfast was just ok - The fridge was "too strong" and froze everything that we stored in it
