Naxos Hotel Poseidon

The staff is tremendous. We really liked the rooms too. Beds were comfortable. The balconies were great for hanging out. Great communication throughout. Provided beach equipment too. Only 2 things. Dealing with physical keys. Clothes storage is very limited.

Poseidon hotel was an excellent choice for our one week stay in Naxos. The location was a 15 minute walk to the port and a lot of restaurants near by. It was kept clean and the staff (Katrina and her sister) were the sweetest. Every time we’d come back from a day of exploring we felt right at home. We cannot wait to come back and also if you’re generally debating on which island to call base this is a great choice

Katerina greeted us and made our accommodations available earlier than check in Went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and do what she could to make our stay exceptional Their cleaning staff was excellent and everyone there was so friendly I would highly recommend

The hotel was in a perfect location… Walkable to everything but also on a quiet street. The room was comfortable and all the amenities we needed, and staff was wonderful and extremely responsive.

The accommodation was absolutely clean and the attention to details were amazing the outside jacuzzi was a game changer for us, it turned into a good stay into an exceptional time. The owners went out of their way to make us feel welcome and the breakfast served in the room was truly a 5 star hotel experience.

We absolutely loved Poseidon it was just perfect ! The location was great 2 minutes walk to the beach and 5 to the port area. The hotel is gorgeous with a really cool vibe … our room was beautiful and so much room for the 3 of us with 2 lovely balconies. The street was lovely with lots of restaurants on it and really quiet. Stefano was really attentive and responded immediately to any requests and we really appreciated being allowed a late check out. The rooms are kept absolutely spotless by Dolores who was so helpful. We didn’t want to return but we will definitely return to Poseidon. Everything was perfect !

The location is part way between the old town and the beach. Multiple restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

The room was a bit smaller than what we expected, it actually wasn't the room we reserved completely unless it was but the pictures showed different. The bed was not comfortable at all, pretty hard if you ask me. There was no one at reception the days we were there but we didn't have an issue.

So pretty, great location close to restaurants, beach and a short walk to port.

Honestly there wasn't anything we didn't like!?

Charming architecture, room had all the extras, coffee, tea, towels, shampoo and gel, hair dryer, wifi, fridge, water, even beach towels provided, tv, air conditioning, porch with table and chairs, drying rack with pins, slippers, everything. Perfectly located, short walk to beach, shops, tavernas The door was difficult to open with key No elevator, so challenging for an older person to carry luggage up the stairs but the staff helped.

The staff was super helpful and even upgraded my room. The location was in between the busy strip and the beach I had central access to everything. It’s not a luxury accommodations but it was perfect for my needs and had no complaints. Only thing is that I never had hot water for my shower, but I think that is just a thing in Greece.

The bed was not comfortable for me but the pillows were great
