Room was clean and spacious, the location was super convenient, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

I loved the location & the cute style of the room. & Alexander made it even better, he was so sweet & helpful, just a gem of a human. The bed was a little to firm for me but everything else was fantastic.

The size was good for a family of four, clean and the host was very nice and accommodating! The comfort of the beds, they were really hard.

The hotel was located in a very nice area of the Chora town, at 15 minutes walking from the main port, but also close enough to local grocery stores that could be slightly cheaper than touristy ones. There were some very good restaurants 2 minutes walking distance of traditional food. Overall, good touristic location. The rooms were very big, with a small couch and a very large terrace. But the service was really good. And there we should thank Maria, the employee who was there all day. She received us at 9pm and every day she was there at 9:30 to set the breakfast up. She gave us amazing tips on what to visit and where to eat, and always cleaned our room every morning. She was an integral part of our stay. The place says that it has free parking, but in reality it has a public parking close by, and many times it is already at full capacity when we came back. There is some space to park in the streets close by but the streets are super narrow so you need to be careful where to park there (security is not the issue, just not blocking the street). But we do have a comment regarding the lack of help for Mary in terms of aid. We could see that Mary was 200% invested in ensuring that we enjoyed our stay, however, during all the 5 days we were there, she is the only employee we saw there. Even if we arrived late at night and yet every morning she was there too. She needs help. Our stay was during late peak season, I’m not sure about the occupation of the hotel by the time but I can imagine that with a few more guests the service would decay if she doesn’t have anyone to share the tasks with.

Great location, the property was exceptional, every single day cleaning service, the staff was amazing, friendly and always happy to help and also recommend restaurants and locations we had to visit. I highly recommend it!! Looking forward to visiting again.

Everything was perfect. The room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The staff was very kind and helpful. The location is great, it is near everything but still very peaceful. More dishes in the kitchen are the only things that we missed. Coffee in the room would be a nice touch.

Great location. One of the staff members was quite rude and treated us like we were imbeciles and incapable.

My husband and I were both traveling while in school. We didn't have access to the internet to complete our online assignments which put us in a bind

The property was meticulously cared for & welll managed . Mary was an amazing host who always went above and beyond to ensure our plans went smoothly ! She was truly a blessing and I highly recommend the property . The WiFi was not working on the property at the time of our stay and that caused us alot of issues. The management should ensured either compensation or communication for that issue as it hinders travel plans and it may have been a make or break decision for some people; otherwise it was a fantastic stay !

Mary is a wonderful, very friendly and helpful host. The hotel is very close to the city center. It is very well maintained and clean. We would definitely consider going back next year.

What a wonderful find.. the hotel was gorgeous and only a 5 min stroll from beach and square. Mary the host was simply amazing.. her warmth, kindness and humour was wonderful. The hotel was spotlessly cleaned each day and breakfast available. We will be back.!!!

This hotel is stunning. Great value for money and location couldn't be beat. Just steps from the town center and a 5 minute walk to the old town of Naxos. Krina Mare is stylish in decor, functional, and a great place to bring a group. The rooftop views of the island and the sea are amazing. Lovely staff & tasty breakfast. Overall, I was extremely pleased with our experience there and have already re-booked for next year's trip back to Naxos - and island that I enjoy visiting every year!
