Coronis Hotel

The hotel is centrally located and very easy to find. The staff was friendly and very helpful. This is a great hotel for a short stay. The beds were not very comfortable, and there was a lot of noise from the live music in the bar next door...I mean very very loud music.

Staff was very attentive and helpful it was in a great location. The bed could have been softer, but all in all, for a 2 star hotel, super.

The location is fabulous! Clean rooms friendly staff - the ocean view balcony was absolutely fantastic. We were able to pick up some local fruit and cheese to eat out o. It instead of at the tavernas every meal.

We didn’t leave our key on the counter as at 2 different times the desk was not manned They also didn’t ask for identification as other guests picked up their keys

Location is good, next to the harbour, and walkable from the ferry port. I got a room with harbour view, very nice. The staff is kind enough to let us have late check out. The room is quite small, barely enough space to open our luggage.

Naxos ended up being our favorite island and this hotel was a big part of why. It’s an easy walk from the port, walking distance to everything, easy to get buses from nearby to anywhere on the island. It was a great price and our balcony looked out on a lively pedestrian area, the port, and a music venue. We loved leaving the balcony doors open or sitting out there and just listening to the music and people having dinner. There was a lot of noise but the lovely kind, not cars and sirens and the like. And the windows are double panes a when we wanted to close it out to sleep, it blocked most of the sound and the fan of the AC was enough white noise to block the rest. This is where I’ll stay the next time I come to Naxos, no question. While we had a lovely stay overall, there are a couple improvements that would make this place perfect. The beds were fairly hard and uncomfortable. Some people may prefer a very stiff mattress (not me) but I think these were just very old from looking at them. There was also a smell of damp in the bathroom which I think is due to there not being any ventilation and the fact that the water pressure is so strong that, if you’re not careful, the shower hose will detach itself from the wall and shoot water all over the bathroom. The shower itself was also quite small and the bathroom overall was very tight. In general it was a bare bones but serviceable hotel and a great price so we just accepted the negatives because I’m sure if they were fixed, this hotel could and would charge a lot more. Like I said, the location was excellent.

Location was super great, staff was helpful and gave us whatever we needed Kinda old and needed to be updated, shower sprayed everywhere and wasn't easiest bathroom to keep clean for us or the maid

Stay somewhere else. Upon check out the front desk man told us we needed to pay €90 for breakfast. What?! We were never informed that there was a €10/per person charge for breakfast. He said we were told when we checked in (we weren't, only told that "breakfast is from 7:30-10"). There are multiple signs stating when breakfast is, absolutely no signs stating a per person price. The front desk man was unable to find the information about a breakfast charge on my reservation, only stating, "it must be somewhere." While speaking with him he raised his voice saying, "what, you want me to pay for your breakfast?!" He continued to demand that we pay, and the only solution he provided was that he would talk to the employee that never informed us of the charge upon check-in. "I will talk to him." It is not abnormal for a hotel to have free breakfast, there is no sign indicating a charge, and the information was not on our online reservation. The breakfast was honestly terrible, and I would not have participated in it if I knew it was not included. I only ate fruit and a cup of tea each morning, not worth €10! The rooms are outdated with hard beds and small bathrooms. The balcony view and location is good, but that is the only positive. Overall extremely unprofessional behavior upon check-out and due to this and the overall poor quality, I do not recommend.

The room had a beautiful view of the port. The noise from nearby bars was so loud, I couldn’t sleep, even with all the doors and windows closed. I had to move hotels after one sleepless night and the hotel refused to consider any refund for two rooms. It cost us a lot of money as a result.

Location. Views. We had 3 people it was quite small room and one bed was extra which was a bit uncomfortable (maybe older mattress). Otherwise everything was fine and staff really helpful

good location, caring staff, great view, comfortable beds - love it, I'll be back :-) new rooftop bar nearby produces some nice party noise up to 3a.m. but windows closed get most of it blocked

Fantastic staff, great location, it suited me perfectly. The hotel is a little tired, hence the price....also there is a problem with pigeons that mess the balcony. Sea view and port view and sunset were amazing. I was out so much it didn't bother me and the bed was soooo comfortable. I think this is a fabulous place, obviously noisey as you are at the port near all the local bars etc....but why let that bother you...it was wonderful!!! Bird poo on the balcony. Shower needs fixing, but didn't ruin my stay...you can still shower just doesn't stay up in the correct position.

Beautiful location direction on the water front. The front staff were fabulous, helping us with all our needs. They stored our bags after checkout and allowed us to rest in the common area while we awaited our very late ferry. Nothing

Everyone was very friendly and helpful, some great restaurant and location recommendations. Breakfast was interesting and varied but in the sister hotel. €10/day cash seemed reasonable. Facilities in the room were pretty basic. The beds looked like they were 50 years old. The pigeons roost by the balcony so it can be noisy.

Have stayed here regularly and generally fine with perfect location,nice rooms,great views and facilities. This Year my first night was in a corner room which was not clean,bird mess all over balcony and despite website guarantee there was no soundproofing. I had a miserable sleepless night. I had complained at once but had to wait until next day for a better room. It spoiled my experience and took shine off Hotel for me.Disappointing for a frequent guest!
