The location, staff and breakfast

Great location. Quiet - but only a 15 min walk to the bus station / ferries. Lovely beach right around the corner. The staff at Hotel Palatia made our visit to Naxos so special. Beautiful scenery, lovely accommodations, great food are all wonderful - but the people you interact with each day are what make a trip so memorable. We felt like family as we were welcomed and cared for during our stay. Breakfast was excellent and Maria always had a smile. Looking forward to returning some day! Not a negative thing to say.

People, location and facilities were all lovely

It was located very close to the beach and only a short 12 min walk into town! The WiFi would intermittently not work and got to be a little frustrating at times. I work remote so it caused a small annoyance.

The staff were all super friendly and kind . The location was fantastic . The bed was comfortable . The breakfast and food recommendations were amazing. The room was clean . We loved it so much we wish we had a post card or magnet of the hotel. The shower was small so a lot of water went on the floor but most showers are in Greece we just wanted a squeegee to clean up the water .

The owner of the hotel was always there to assist, answer questions, very pleasant and friendly! We left a pair of tennis shoes out by our front door on the main level and unfortunately someone took them during the middle of the night

Location was very convenient for ferry riders and beach is right front of hotel. Omelet in the breakfast was good. No coffee in the room but you can request. Only problem is the shower area . It was not divided and bathroom was so small. So the water was everywhere.

Very close to the beach, restaurants, etc. clean & quaint.

Location on St George beach is chill and within walking distance to port of Hora.

We loved our stay at Hotel Palatia. You are literally steps from the beach and the some beachside tavernas. We enjoyed the daily breakfast included in our stay. What really makes Hotel Palatia stand out are the wonderful owner Manolis and his long tie team of Katrina and Maria. Just absolutely the best people! This hotel is a great value for what you receive. We had seen complaints about the small bathrooms but honestly is was fine :).

Me and my husband absolutely loved our stay here! Everyone that works there is sooo lovely and went out of their way to make sure everyone was having a perfect time. Even at the very end of the season, they were hospitable and welcoming. The breakfast was amazing, chef made perfect fried eggs every time. It was so nice and quiet to sleep, and the location was a dream right at the beach and a close walk to lots of great restaurants and the port. Waking up and seeing the ocean was such a dream. Thank you!!

Clean, comfortable,esthetic, steps from a beautiful beach, nice big balcony. The room wasn’t big but we spent most of the time outside. All was good

We loved the location of this hotel. Walking distance to all the beach bars and an easy walk into the main part of Naxos. Our room was clean and had great ocean views. I only wish the shower was a little bigger. All and all I would totally recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again.

Location was great for accessing the beach and town and staff were excellent!!

Breakfast was very decent and location was great.Also the stuff was wonderful and very thoughtful and pleasant. Especially Manolis is a great person, a true Greek host. The rooms were very clean too. Maybe the size of the shower could be bigger but not big deal.
