And the host Christos and his wife made everything easy. They live on-site, and they're very friendly, quick to respond, and always happy to help with anything. Just super gracious hosts. We would definitely stay here again.

Staff were friendly and helpful. location was within walking distance of Plaka beach and Maragas supermarket and the bus stop. we took the bus to Chora City, Naxos and enjoyed both Peppermint Beach restaurant and Manolis - within. walking distance. great location. staff was helpful with our luggage on the last day after checkout

Everything is absolutely perfect at Keti Kapri: the kindness and hospitality of Christos, the beauty of his hotels' building and garden, the size and equipment of the room, the view, the localisation. Everything is easy, you have all you need in front of the hotel and you can walk, swim or tan for hours on the amazingly beautiful beach. There is nothing to improve.

Location was perfect, so close to a great beach, and a little outside the big touristy section of town. It is a little tucked away, so might be confusing to find when driving to it, but you actually appreciate that it is more secluded and private from the main busy road. Staff was friendly, accommodating, hospitable. Would stay again. Bed was just not comfortable at all, hard and unforgiving. I did not get good sleep. I would at least have to bring my own pillow for next time.

Wonderful friendly place. Very close to the beach, several taverns, bus station to go to the chora, and a grocery store. It's a family-run business, and the host Christos was very helpful & asked several times whether we needed anything. My family stayed two weeks in a separate two-bedrooms apartment, and we didn't take a car since everything was in 5-minutes walking distance. The apartment was like a little private villa, and everyone enjoyed the stay very much. Thank you, Christos! Additional thanks to your cleaning lady, she was very helpful! It's not in any way Keti Kapri's fault, but be aware that local companies who control the beach ask for 20 euro per sun lounger per day. A bit too much in my opinion.

- Our stay at Keti Kapri was a frustrating mess. We booked a suite, but were given a double and then dishonest words and empty promises followed. Key issues: **Room Mismatch:** The double room we got didn’t match the suite we booked, plain and simple. **Empty Promises:** The owner, Christos, promised a refund for the downgrade, but once we left, our requests were flat-out ignored. **Deceptive Practices:** It felt like the sister was the one managing the bookings and knew what was up, while the brother, Christos, played innocent. Terrible. **Not Just Us:** Other reviews show we’re not the first to be misled. This is a pattern, not a one-off. **Transparency Fail:** Keti Kapri’s misleading ads are more than disappointing—they’re a rip-off. **Booking.com Letdown:** We count on booking platforms for protection, but in this case, Booking.com totally dropped the ball. Check out the photos for the difference between what we booked and what we got. It's not about the money, it's about the principle of receiving what you pay for and trusting to make a transaction. Save yourself the trouble—skip this place and read the other reviews. We were not the only ones being cheated.

Great location. The young owner was nice. No frill accomodation. Shower was broken / falling apart. Washing service didn’t actually clean our clothes they all came back with the same dirty marks on them. Power went out on the last night and this wasn’t even raised by the staff.

A perfect spot to base yourselves while exploring Naxos. Lovely simple accommodation close to the beach, supermarket and loads of tavernas. Everything we wanted from a beach holiday.
-
The toilet had a bad smell The owner was rude Didn’t provide a fan when asked only after fighting with him he brought one And would only give 2 paper rolls per day
-
The staff was extremely hospitable and provided great service. The location of the property was a great perk, close to the beach, market, restaurants… everything within a 5 min walk. N/A

We stayed here for one night but it was a pleasent stay. The room was clean, the kitchen was equipped, the position very close to the sea, just across the road. -
