EVI Studios & Apartments

Evi was an excellent host for our four night stay. She was always accessible & eager to reply through WhatsApp to help us with questions and recommendations. The apartment was spacious, located only a few “blocks” away from a beach & little supermarkets. About 10-15 minutes walk to then port. While it’s close to the port, the location is also close to where several locals live, a more quiet part of town where you feel like you’re in a neighborhood. I loved that the air conditioning stayed on while we left the room, unlike many other Greek hotels where the key is required and you come back to a room that feels like a sauna.

Lady who welcomed us was really friendly, I slept like a baby at night and it was just a beautiful cozy place, I appreciated our terrace maybe for some people the bathroom will be a bit small, but me and my mom are okey with that, so don’t really take it as a disadvantage, just a warning for some guests

The staff was really nice and the location is great. Very close to car rental locations and easy to access from the port. The WiFi connection was not working but might be because we were on the top floor. The beds are very hard and there was a cockroach in the room.

The owners were very kind, helpful and always available. The location of the property was great (close to the center, public/free parking nearby). Clean towels were provided daily. The two rooms we booked had separate bathrooms, which saved us a lot of time. The rooms and their bathrooms were fairly clean (with some "dusty" exceptions). The beds in both rooms were uncomfortable and quite small. The equipment available (e.g. fridge, kitchen appliances) were old and could've been in better condition. The air conditioners were old as well. The bathrooms, while clean, didn't have enough lighting (in the one bathroom, it felt like showering in the dark). There was also no shower curtain or cabin in either of the two bathrooms, resulting in wet (and therefore slippery) bathroom floors after every shower. Furthermore, one of the shower heads was broken and leaking water from the side. Overall, the rooms were too expensive for what was offered, even for high season.

Evi and her husband were very friendly and kind to us, they even went to buy salt for us because we asked if they had any so we could cook in our room. The location was perfect, just a few minutes walk to a nice beach & very close to the main streets for food, drinks and shopping (but not too close so that we could sleep peacefully at night) There is no shower curtain, so the whole bathroom floor gets wet after a shower. but otherwise its lovely!
