No A/C in rooms, SPA and Kids Club not working, lots of mosquitos in rooms because there are no mosquito neta on balcony door. Not accessible for people with disabilities (steep slope to beach), stray dogs in the restaurant, hallways in hotel dark and not lit up. The mini fridge in our room wasn’t working.

The breakfast did not have many options for people who did not eat meat. The egg shells were dirty I needed to wash them before eating.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay. Theodor, the receptionist, was extremely polite and respectful. He welcomed us warmly, was always helpful, and made us feel very comfortable. His professionalism and kindness truly stood out. Thank you, Theodor, for making our stay even better!

The location is good and the garden is nice with all the olive trees. We came late and there was a dinner for us in the room, really nice! Very old and tiny rooms, the food quality was poor.

Nothing! The hotel was very old inside, and the room had a strong, unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, making it hard to stay there. The room itself was terrible. I paid extra for a sea view room, but instead, I was given a garden view room. Despite asking several times for a change, they never provided the room I paid for.

The swimming pools was ok but not the best not as a pictures. When I got there I was very disappointed when I saw the room, the floor was very dirty and damaged, shower flow from everywhere. Private beach disaster. Faraway from pictures.

Lobby is spacious, modern and clean Food is varied, fresh and delicious especially breakfast. Student staff were friendly especially at the pool bar. Cleaners are friendly Communal toilet was modern and clean Swimming pool is clean, nice design and a very good size- especially for children Beautiful gardens though they should be maintained more, Over priced and not value for money . It is a 3 star hotel Reception staff were not particularly friendly or helpful. Everything seemed like a big effort on their part especially when we first checked in. Rooms are small, dusty, old fashioned and the sofa bed very uncomfortable. Walls are also very thin and bathroom has no window for ventilation and dated. 1 chair and no sofa for a room with 3 adults was uncomfortable Location is very remote and isolated. Fridge/mini bar is very small. A welcome bottle of water at least would had been considerate. Phone and safe were broken. Maintenance man does not speak English. Beach is pebbly with many sea urchins, dried grass and unkept front.
