The room was a great size, however, the carpet definitely needs to be updated and there was wall paper coming off the wall. If there are updates to the room, we would definitely stay again as the pool space was Amazing!! Having the hot tub right next to the pool is a win for me.

Beds and pillows were very comfortable. There were many outlets available which was really nice. The bathroom was also very clean and there were plenty of towels and washcloths. Oh, also, the hallway was very quiet. I’ll go back again.

The second room we were in was good, but there was still a smell of cigarette smoke throughout the building. I have to wonder if having smoking stations on both sides of the entrance, and one being near the HVAC units, is playing a role in this. I think having 1 smoking station would be adequate. We did the breakfast buffet one day and that wasn't worth the cost at all. The juice was warm, there weren't many options & the food was bland. I wouldn't recommend going to the buffet. It's a convenient location for what we need it for, but I'm not sure we would stay here again.

Great location on downtown Neenah. Walk to restaurants, farmer's market, lake. Large room, well appointed, quiet. No freezer in mini fridge, dirty carpeting and couch, shower was very dirty. Expensive and no free breakfast. They even charged for tea downstairs at the coffee bar.

Our room was clean and the beds were super comfortable. We also liked the pool, but we didn’t eat breakfast here so not sure how that was. The hotel was quiet and we got a good nights rest. We’ll be back! Also try Sammys pizza. 6 minute walk. Super good.

We absolutely love the location of this hotel. Nice place and peaceful. 1 block from downtown Neenah and just a couple of blocks in the other direction, old mansions, a beautiful walk and park along Lake Winnebago! Great peaceful and relaxing place to stay. Quiet, nice rooms, great staff! Our favorite little get away!

Very nice hotel. The staff was very pleasant, the rooms were very clean and the bar/restaurant was very was good. You can walk to many restaurants the waterfront and nice parks. Enjoyed our stay!
