I loved the location, and the room was exactly as described—perfect! The breakfast was incredible, and the host was so generous, making sure I was more than well-fed :)

A friendly welcome, espresso and water, and a smile, a host who loves to give hospitality. The breakfast in the morning , served outside , was a big variety of Italian breakfast items like cake, croissants, and other sweets as well as sandwich and fruit salad , all home-made . Lovely place to stay in Neive

When we arrived the host was there and very friendly. He has a nice coffee shop just downstairs from the room so we could stop by and have a little coffee and speak with him for a bit. The place is very traditional and has a great balcony with an incredible view.

Excellent location. enjoyable roof terrasse with great view. charming room over 2 floors in a well renovated house. Friendly and helpful host.

We had a warm welcome by the owner, he showed us our room and helped us to carry our luggage to the room. The room was very clean, with plenty of towels, soups and even slippers. The balcony had a lovely view. The breakfast was really superb, the best we had served in Italy, It included coffee, hazelnut cake that was delicious, pastries, yogurt, toast and fruits. The location was great, in the heart of historical Neive. The staircase was a little steep. Didn't bother us too much.

A great bnb in a quaint old house with a cafe with wine and pastries and good coffee. Easy parking nearby it’s right on the edge of the village by the gate. Our room had amazing views out of multiple windows and was lovely and breezy for an afternoon siesta on a hot day. Delicious breakfast and dealt with my allergies properly too. The village is very pretty and quiet. There are only a few restaurants best to book at the weekend but we had a good casual bite to eat at the osteria next door. Loads of places for wine tasting. We liked the bio one out the other gate down the hill. Nothing - all good
