This was such a cute place! A lot of effort in decor. The restaurant was perfect! No lift we were on the 3rd floor and it was a two story room. But staff was very helpful in getting our luggage down the stairs.

Great wee spot, beergarden tagged onto the side. Spacious room with a good workspace. Parking was a bit limited, but not really an issue.
-
Traditional German pub feel. Lovely helpful staff. Restaurant meals were delicious.free parking. Curtains were too thin - the light coming in the morning was a negative.

Great location (the building is very old and full of history, but very well maintained) for visiting Ausburg and München, excellent restaurant with great food and beers. Free parking in front of the hotel, quiet neighbourhood. We had a four bed room at the second floor with 3 small windows, not to much natural light. The interior floor and staircase from wood are noisy each time you walk, could be a problem for light sleepers. Not all the staff is speaking English in the restaurant.

Breakfast is very good. The biergarten is large and very nice. The staff is very courteous. The room is adequate and relatively quiet. Parking is limited, but you can also park on the street. It is located on the outskirts of Augsburg, which can be problematic with public transportation.

Food excellent, great beer selection. Great location. The place was very warm. Bed was uncomfortable and pillows were terrible.

Excellent value for money, fantastic breakfast, staff were super kind. They welcomed our pets and provided facilities for them in the room, they had a little treat, floor blanket, and water and food recipients all ready at our arrival. The family type bedroom was really spacious and with a single bed for the 6 years old kid. Restaurant at the hotel was a nice surprise, was good too. Parking was hard to find

Staff really friendly, the room was big and clean. Everything was ready for our arrival. Breakfast with a lot of delicious things. There is also a beer garden with a playground for kids, really a nice idea for kids (and parents…) We had a room under the roof so it was really hot and the fan that was in the room didn’t help much. There are no obscurants or night curtains so in the morning there was a lot of light. (Was not a big problem because we had to leave early but still, was not a pro point)

A pleasant stay in an historic building, our rooms were on the third floor and because of the age of the building there is no lift. The restaurant was very busy, clearly a popular place, the food was excellent and reasonably priced One of our rooms appeared to be below staff quarters and at 1.30 am we were woken by music being played intrusively loudly, this continued for around 40 minutes and then again at 5.30 am the same thing. When we informed the reception staff of this problem there was a feeble apology and nothing more.

Restaurant was great For some reason, we were placed in a room at the top of the hotel, which involved climbing 3 flights of stairs and then another very narrow staircase to our bed. As people in our late 60’s, it was very difficult to navigate. A very large supporting beam adjacent to the bed meant that one of us couldn’t access the bed and we had to ‘top and tail’. We asked to be over, but were told that all rooms were taken

Great hotel with charming look and feel. Great beds en nice spacious rooms. The hotel is quite warm. As well in the rooms as in the hallways and the restaurant. You don't need a sweater ;-)

Very good breakfast. We also had dinner at the restaurant and it was delicious! Spacious rooms! The room we had was on 2 floors. The upper floor didn't have a window, so it was very warm. Even though we opened the window on the lower floor, it was still way too hot during the night

A really lovely hotel attached to the brewery - on the opposite side of the road. [We could see a couple of large dogs from the window ?] Breakfast was really good - staff were lovely. Room was very nice and bed very good. There were some chatting (noisy guests) in the small hours and their voices seemed very loud.
