Location was fantastic. The overall aesthetic and cleanliness were impressive. Clean with friendly staff, but rooms and amenities fall short Our overall stay was disappointing due to several basic facility shortcomings: Food & Service: We were informed in advance that the kitchen was under renovation and breakfast would be at the adjacent sister restaurant, but the breakfast provided was really poor and tasteless. Simple, low-effort amenities were also missing—such as obtaining ice for an evening drink on the balcony or accessing basic after-hours drink options. Room Quality: The rooms were dark and had a damp/dank odour. The bathroom was poorly lit, and the bathtub did not work. The friendly service doesn't fully make up for the lack of fundamental room comfort and basic guest conveniences.

We loved everything about this gorgeous property. It was beautifully furnished, we appreciated all the small details like fresh chocolate chip cookies in the room upon arrival. The location was perfect, a short walk to the view point and right off the main street. The views of the town from the hotel’s many rooftops and the restaurant were amazing, and we were able to watch the hot air balloons from the rooftop. They flew right over the hotel. We loved our spacious suite. The bedroom was huge and had windows, so did the living room. The bed was comfortable and linens were also very nice. I think the bathroom was carved into the rock. In addition to the shower, we had a huge bathtub in the bathroom that my kids loved. The hotel offered a Turkish breakfast with an excellent selection of anything that you might want for breakfast (sweet and savory options). We loved the cave spa area and the swimming pool carved into the rock. Everyone who worked at the hotel was very friendly and nice. We had a wonderful stay and cannot wait to go back.

We stayed in a cave room and the place is very nice and clean. The hotel has a nice viewing deck if you want to watch the hot air balloons in the morning. The staff are also very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The only area for improvement would be the chairs inside the cave room. Their backrests are quite low, so when you lean back, your head rests directly against the rough cave wall, which can be a bit uncomfortable. Aside from this minor detail, our stay was excellent.

Very comfortable room and facilities. The breakfast was excellent with variety of choices. Had many options as a vegetarian.

Location was perfect. Good communication before travel for planning activities and transportation. Staff at the hotel’s restaurant were not friendly. The food at the hotel’s restaurant had limited options at breakfast and we unfortunately found a hair in the food. The rooms were also not worth the price paid.

Things to like: 1. Hotel is pretty and have that modern look and feel. 2. Service is not world class, but they have heart and will really try to make your problems go away, even if they have no clue how to. 3. Amazing view outside, especially of the hot air balloons and fairy chimney at their terrace. Things not to like: 1. Room #23 is directly beneath the hotel restaurant. And during closing time (~10pm onward) there are LOUD banging, dragging of tables/chairs, etc which sounded apocalyptic when you're trying to sleep. Hotel staff will ask if we want to move room, but seriously, it's tiring and time-wasting to move. Besides we've already moved once because the first room they put us up with was right next to the road and we can hear noise from the street (e.g. people talking outside). They should think about insulating the room from such sounds in the first place, since they're charging customers to stay in that room. 2. Room lighting doesn't all turn off. There's this one light that stayed on near the back of the room, and it's bright enough to ruin your sleep if you're used to sleeping with no lights. We asked the staff and the technician they sent had no clue how to switch the light off and I had to suggest to him why not unscrew the lightbulb directly. Seems like basic common sense. But the problem in the first place is, why have a light master switch that can't switch off all the lights in the room in the first place? 3. Room floor is bare (not carpeted) so can be dirty and a bit dusty. 4. Cleaners like to move your belongings so you can think you've lost or misplaced something when it's the cleaner who moved them.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff and delicious breakfast.
