The staff, the cleaning, the breakfast and overall all amenities were good. It's weird to not have a shower door. All the water messed up the floor making it not safe.

The staff (especially Farhad) was exceptional with his hospitality and further helped us settle in and plan the activities during our stay at Olivia Hotel. I can’t think of anything I did not like, because we liked everything there.

Hotel is in a very central location, close to restaurants, ATMs and the small local bus stop. The room was spacious and beds comfortable. The breakfast had good variety, especially for mezze items and desserts. Staff were also hospitable. It also has a spa attached to it, which is helpful. Finally, has a great view to watch the hot air balloons from. Hotel also quoted fair price for hot air balloon rides. It wasn't really a problem for us but it's not a 'cave hotel'.

The location and the terrace. The breakfast. I had a room on the ground floor near the exit door. A lot of noise during the night from the travellers which enter and exit from the hotel.Also a desk was located in front of room door and somebody was speaking on the phone very loud during afternoons.

Everything...was superb... balloon tour can be easily booked from the hotel...one of the best cave hotel to stay in Capadocia I liked everything

The hotel was gorgeous, as was the view from the terrace. Rooms are really spacious, include netflix and the free included breakfast is huge! Located in the middle of town, I think the hotel is very good value!

Nice hotel in the city center, everything is close. The staff was helpful in everything, The rooms are small but have everything you need. for breakfast there is a buffet, where there is everything for a good breakfast. On the plus side, for those who care, there is Netflix, They offer excursions at reasonable prices compared to other hotels. The soundproofing in the room is not very good, you can hear everything that happens in the hallway, At times it seemed like someone was coming to us or in our room, this one was disturbing and distracting. Maybe of course this was only in our room. And an interesting situation about breakfast. I'll say right away in Cappadocia in more than 8 different hotels, and this is the first hotel where you had to pay for a simple omelette, this was a very country, when there are also boiled eggs and you can take them and eat at least 10 pieces, but for 1-2 fried eggs you have to pay, we bought an omelet every morning and it was cheap, but it seemed like this was a super country to me, and I don’t understand why there. this is not a minus, more of a recommendation for the hotel, this is nonsense.

Very convenient place and with BİM just next to the hotel, breakfast is well served and you can enjoy it in the terrace. The toilet in the room is clean and the room is decorated with wood so looks very natural and cozy. Receptionists are kind and willing to help. Nothing.

Room was a nice size. Bed was comfortable and location is right in the heart of Goreme with everything in walking distance. It is not a true cave hotel though, more like a stone house.
