The breakfast time was a bit late for me. I had to check out before 8.30 and yet their breakfast time starts 8.30. Eventhough the food was prepared most of it, but they did not allow to get the breakfast before the time. I'd still can took the coffee and tea, so that was OK for me.

- Convenient location, close to the city centre - Spacious and clean room with a wardrobe - Flexible check-out time Hotel staff: poor communication and unreliable service - Communication before check-in was frustrating; they repeatedly asked for flight info and arrival day, even after I had already sent it multiple times. - I inquired about hot air balloon rides, but they couldn’t confirm availability or prices. They discouraged booking elsewhere but still couldn’t guarantee a spot. Prices kept changing: first €350, then €330, and finally €320 in person; all much higher than the €220 I’d seen before arriving in Cappadocia. - Shuttle booking was disorganized. Though we were told to book a specific time to allow airport buffer, the only available slot was 4 hours earlier and 1 hour after what we asked. The shared shuttle picked up many passengers en route, and we barely made it on time, which was very stressful, especially as one of us has a mobility issue. - We also booked the Red Tour. Staff knocked on our door 10 minutes early saying the bus had arrived, only for us to end up waiting at the front desk. Misleading and unnecessary. - Overall, serious language barriers and unreliable service. I wouldn’t count on the hotel staff for arrangements or accurate info.

The location, room are spacious comparing to similar price if you choose cave room. This hotel is made from stone bricks. it is a pleasant stayed. Cleanliness are great, staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast are good with great view in enjoying you meal with family. The hotel do provides tours. Or those who drive can explore the places by using google map. Stayed at Goreme instead of Uchisar. Many restaurant nearby the area and walkable. None.

Beautiful breakfast terrace with views over the town. Great location - central yet quiet. Staff very helpful and friendly. As a single female traveller, I felt very safe here. Semi-subterranean room was quiet, but I think I would have preferred a view!

I highly recommend staying at this hotel. The rooms are freshly renovated, clean, everything you need is there. As the hotel is small it is very quiet, which is a big plus. All the staff are very friendly. A hotel to which you want to come back unequivocally

The hotel was nice and clean, the staff was really friendly. Location was great, it is close to everywhere in Göreme and also, there were many parking spots available around the hotel. Everything went good, recommendable.

This boutique hotel is located right in the centre of the action with restaurants and shops galore. The staff were responsive and polite and the breakfast on the rooftop was first-class. The rooms were of a very good decor with excellent sheets and towels. A great shower (which I always appreciate) and I would highly recommend this venue to anyone. It was faultless, like a perfect jewel.
