Calm and quiet place and the caretaker is very helpful. Nothing

The hotel itself is well maintained. The stonewalls, terrace and color choices is quite pleasant. The location is also quite good as it is not far away from the town's center. The women who welcomed us at the beginning was also quite pleasant and friendly. NEGATIVES: Now, the main reason why I'm giving this place such a bad score is that the current rating is way to high and unrealistic. I mean there are some good points but there are also some very bad ones. The main issue that we have is not mainly towards the establishment itself but toward the man (might be the owner) that we had to deal with in the evening after we came back to the premise in the evening. So first things first, when we checked-in we noticed that there was no WIFI signal in our room and I mean only in our room. The rest of the hotel (reception, lobby, restaurant hallway) was ok. The reason? Our room was simply to far away from the router, so whilst going towards it we could see on our phone how the signal's strength was slowly fading away until there was no more once we entered. Now we reported this to the women that welcomed us and she told us that we would get a signal strength amplifier and that until than we could use the WIFI whilst sitting in the lobby. This solution was not perfect for us but hey, we understood that something like that could happen and decided to spend the day outside thinking that the issue would be solved once we came back. As mentioned above, we then came back in the evening (around 8PM), went into our room but unfortunately the issue was still persisting. The women from the earlier in the day wasn't there anymore so we reported it to a man (might be the owner but hopefully not) who was at the reception and who welcomed us inside. This is were it starts, first he tells us some silly excuses in a very disrespectful way saying that this is a village and that there is regular connection instability/reliability and that this would be normal. We explained that it was simply the fact that the router was to far away and that it had nothing to do with what he told us (he knew exactly what he was doing/saying). He then also told us again to use the lobby area. This is for us unacceptable, how can we be the only room in the whole hotel that cannot profit from room WIFI? We need to use our laptops to work and take calls, we cannot be in a public space where there might be at some point other people sitting next to us and taking or disturbing us. Furthermore, when going into the room earlier to check if the WIFI issue was fixed, we also noticed that there was some sewage smell coming out from our toilet. This was also reported at the same man at the same time who simply as a solution turned on the the shower, telling us to let the water run 5 minutes and the smell will then go away. My dear, the issue was the toilet and not the shower!!! This was again a great example on how he managed customer issues, deflecting everything, not taking responsibility for anything and offering silly workarounds. What a disgrace. After contesting the proposed "solutions" he dared to tell us to go to another place if we don't like it here and took away our room key after the argument intensified when we exposed his nonsense solutions (luckily there was another hotel that took us in for that night). We asked via Booking for a full refund, which we didn't get (only partially). At this point it's not even anymore a matter of money but of principle. It's not like we need to pay a kind of "fee" for being disrespected and not taking seriously as we did. So the next day we contacted the police, went with them to the premise and the refund issue got luckily solved. Did it need to get this far? You should be ashamed of yourself and I feel sorry for the nice women who has to endure this person on a daily basis.

This is a really special place with hand-painted wall murals, stained-glass mosque windows fitted from father's collection, artistically arranged rooms down to the details... many personal touches and TLC through-out with everything looking new and sparkling clean. Hostess/owner is a lovely young woman who speaks good English and serves a nice breakfast in either the cozy indoor cafe/bar or lovely outdoor patio. Highly recommended accommodation just steps from the city center and Içhisar castle. Nothing

We did not receive the room type we had reserved. Instead, we were given a room of significantly lower standard, where three beds were cramped together without any proper layout—something we could have easily found elsewhere for half the price. One of the beds was positioned directly under the air conditioner, making it unusable, the room was poorly lit, and the bathroom facilities were partly broken. The overall space was so limited that even moving around was extremely inconvenient; for one person to access the bathroom, the others practically had to remain immobile. While the staff were polite and welcoming, the condition and standard of the room were far below expectations and certainly did not justify the amount paid.

The staff is great, the room is very clean and the breakfast is great. There was a small confusion about the room arrangement, but Zeynep fixed the issue nicely. There is almost no WiFi connectivity in the top floor.

Painting in the room lil bit scary for my daughter, but not really annoying.

Very nice and cosy place! - very good location: near the centre of village - just only so far to be at the steps of tourist centre, but in quiet street without disturbances during the nighttime; - good accommodations: very clean rooms, fresh towels and linen, toiletries and etc. The breakfast is very tasty! - the nicest service - always ready to help you with anything, including even your additional food preferences: my mother is very grateful for her morning porridge, which is not included in the menu usually! - thank you very much for our wonderful stay in your place, we would like to visit and stay here during our next visit very much!

Perfect place to stay! The hotel is located at a calm but wide street near the center (5 minutes walking distance). The hostess is extremely kind and responsive. She organized an ATV tour for us and answered all of our questions.

The local Turkish breakfast was amazing each morning. The consistent heat in the rooms was excellent for our time there during the winter time. While the breakfast was good, it could have had a little more of a variety of foods. Also could have used more heat in the breakfast area, but good overall.

Very clean and spacious 2-bedroom apartment that is very good value for money. A few minutes walk to town which has plenty of reasonably-priced authentic Turkish restaurants. Most importantly, the owners are very helpful! We had an emergency with our rental car on the day we were supposed to fly to another city due to the snow storm and they helped to resolve the problem for us, and saved our holiday! I don't think you can get this kind of service and attention anywhere else!

It was a very comfortable stay. We had a spacious room with a lovely bedroom. The hotel is cozy and nicely decorated. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent. We were there off-season, and we found the breakfast area too cold. I’m also an allergy sufferer, and we found dust under the bed. But at least the place was generally clean.

Nice well equipped rooms with smart location, breakfast was very generous Really enjoyed our stay We requested 3 rooms for 5 adults, we received confirmation for 3 rooms and paid for 3 rooms. During this time we had dialogue with the owner about trying to sell us balloon flights, so they had our contact details We arrived at 9pm at which point they said we only have 2 rooms (both triples or 4 birth rooms) so “have those” We told them this was un acceptable so they said go somewhere else we dont have the space. We argued the point for a further 10 - 15 mins that this was their error, they insisted in blaming Booking.com, finally they appeared with a further 2 x double bed rooms, this was exactly what we had reserved They gave us the rooms and we had the solution we wanted. They were trying to force us into the rooms that suited them- not us It was very disappointing, but the matter got solved- so just beware

Room is verry warm, big heating battery. Breakfast can be packed in the box, that is useful if you go to see balloons during sunset. Great location: hiking to the Pigeon valley and Dawn valley starts almost from the door. Highly recommended WiFi is not strong, but mobile operators work good in this region, so it's not a problem.
