Very large room and bathroom. The staff and cats are very friendly. Good Breakfast. Room clean and cozy

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The breakfast included was absolutely delicious, with a great variety to choose from each morning. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. We especially appreciated how efficiently they handled our requests—whenever we needed assistance, such as arranging a taxi, everything was taken care of quickly and smoothly. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

The ambience and atmosphere is good The beddings and pillows to be changed. They are a bit damaged and will make your neck go sprained

Very nice hotel located in a non-touristy section of Nevsehir. The room was a well-furnished cavern. The hotel restaurant was very good and convenient (we ate both breakfast and dinner in the hotel restaurant). The buffet breakfast was excellent; highly recommended before setting out on a full day Cappadocia tour. The hotel staff was helpful and efficient. Everything was good; the hotel exceeded my expectations.

This was the best hotel we had in Turkey. The breakfast was plentiful, different every day with lots of homemade delights The staff were great, welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast had a lot of choices, which was nice, but didn't start until 8:30am. Because this area is so crowded, if you get to attractions after 9am there are a ton of people. Their breakfast should start at 7:30. Booking had our room listed as with A/C. When we arrived, we were told we had booked a room without A/C, although it clearly listed A/C on my confirmation. What ensued was a difficult conversation with the employee who only spoke Turkish, and us going back and forth with a translator. I witnesses this translation happening with other customers as well. They had a lot of Turkish clients with children, so maybe they aren't interested in having more Western clients, as most of the staff did not speak English. They did end up switching us to a smaller room with A/C, but never apologized and actually never even talked to us after that. We did not feel well taken care of. Additionally, the location is near nothing, no restaurants, etc. Honestly no reason to stay there.

breakfast room parking is not convenient ... way down hill.

Breakfast was ok, the selection was quite limited (no fruit for example). Location isn’t bad. Our room had no air conditioner. Booking.com says in the facility list for the hotel that there is ac, but only half the rooms do. Ours did not. I see in the description of the room that it does not state ac, but booking.com should do a better job of notifying that some rooms have them and some don’t. I was looking for the number of beds in the room description not if there is something different than what is stated in the general section of the hotel.

Atilla and his team are amazing, such a joyful and genuine experience. The food was fantastic and meet other travelers. We had a cave room, super nice and comfy. We were initially scared by humidity but actually was perfect as had a/c. For sure I’m gonna suggest to any of my friends to go there if they ever go to Cappadocia. Was everything perfect!

The room was beautiful, the staff were fantastic and the breakfast served each morning was amazing. When we arrived around 11am, they allowed us to drop off our bags early and even made us some breakfast which was wonderful. We ate in for dinner one night which was also great. The hot tub in our room worked well and despite it snowing while we were there, the room was really warm. It was easy to get to Goreme by bus but I would recommend a moped or car while staying here. The hot tub and shower could have done with a bit of a deep clean as a result of the ground water used in the area I imagine.

We loved this hotel. Family run, environmentally conscious and really well thought through. It felt like staying at an auberge, where the family and staff live as well. The breakfast and homemade dinners were superb. The children were invited to see newborn kittens in the basement, which they adored. Beds are very comfortable, lovely spacious room, well decorated. Just a couple of little bits like the shower head needed replacing.

The male staff member that helped check us in, was excellent (he was on the night shift for the duration of our stay. He was able to get us on a Hot air balloon ride for the next day, and helped us organize the tours we wanted to participate in. The female staff during the day were unable to speak English, which was difficult to ask basic questions. The rooms are very cool and spacious and the bed was comfy! The coffee machine never worked when we went to get a coffee, but they did have instant. The breakfast was average, but the staff seemed like we were just in there way every time we went up to get food. Our room also had a weird musky smell to it, so we slept with the door open for fresh air and to cool the room down. The location of this hotel is far from Gerome, which is where tourists would typically want to be for tourist spots, shopping, bars and food etc. It was 700 lira each way everytime we wanted to go to town, so I wish I would of known to stay IN Gerome.

I realy loved the place. When we first enter the place was like a magical experience for us. A marvellous stay within a budget aswell. The hosts are really kind and helpful they helped us with everything. When we reached at the place we were famished and we asked if we could get any food. I am an Indian and pleasing our taste buds is not an easy task. Best turkish food we ever had on the whole stay in turkey as well. I had breakfast in morning aswell. The breakfast here is also fabulous, (its buffet) even if u are full you would want to eat more. I would recommend anyone to book this place without any haste. 10/10 ? Thanks Atilla for the wonderful place!!!

The hotel is very cosy. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Food is great too. I would love to stay at the hotel again
