We have a very good stay at Ennar Cave Hotel. The staff and owner are very very helpful. Our 1st hot air balloon ride was canceled due to high winds. For 2nd attempt, the staff(I wished I got her name) whatsapp me immediately as soon as she heard it was canceled, so we could plan our 2nd day accordingly. And helped us book the last day we were there. We needed to catch our flight, she made sure we were on the first 'flight'. The owner was very kind and ensure us he would make sure we can are on the first balloon flight, we needed to leave the hotel by 3:30am, he even rung our room doorbell made sure we were ready to go. Helped us carry our bags down 3 flights of stairs. Talk about excellent service. The pool was really nice especially for the kids. The daily Turkish breakfast is the best we have had during our 17 days trip even better than the restaurants ones. Hamdi restaurant at the bottom of the hill of the hotel, excellent Turkish food, the pottery kebab, curry chicken and lamb shish really delicious. Great service as well The wifi most didn't work, kept dropping, my preteen and teen were not happy. We parents were fine with it. After 3rd day, we felt the musty smell in our room, well after all we are staying in the cave. Overall we would recommend Ennar Cave Hotel.

Not much to do in the area (not many restaurants and shops) but not a big deal

The room was large and comfortable. The restaurant was very comfortable, and we enjoyed our meals. It felt warm with a fire burning heater and the staff made us feel welcome.

- Jacuzzi and the whole room was good. - Lunch and dinner was ok. We paid a decent amount for our room but regretted as there was nothing special apart from the Jacuzzi. We had to drag our luggage all the way up to level 2 (the staff helped us on arrival). On our checkout day there was no one to help us with our luggage or nobody even bothered to see us off despite letting them know a night before that we will leave early in the morning and may need help and as soon as we stepped out of the main door we heard the door closed immediately yet no one bothered to say Good bye probably in fear that they might have to help if interacted. We received a good bye message though which was the silver lining. We had to drag our luggage through their steep road up to the main road at around 5-6 AM in the morning (It was dark). Do red and green tour all on your own as it will be much cheaper and worth it.

When we arrived at the hotel, there was no one at the reception. We had to bring our luggage from the taxi to the hotel. Bad odor from the room.

I like how helpful the staff from bringing my heavy luggage on top of my room. I also like the unique cave rooms and facilities. I appreciate also that they booked a successful balloon tour for me, because the one I booked didn’t pushed through. That was the highlight of my trip. There’s no internet connection in my room the whole time, so I keep on going out of my room just to have signal. The breakfast is also the same selection everyday.

Thank you so much, Ennar Cave, for making my trip to Cappadocia such an adventure! The staff is kind and helpful, they were more than eager to assist in all matters. The place itself is nice and cosy! Love for Ennar Cave! ♥️

Very friendly, caring and understanding. Did their best over and beyond as hospitality. I suffered the fall outside and they helped to accommodate my needs. I couldn’t walk staff literally lift me. To get my room. Etc. Breakfast was fantastic. I would recommend to anyone, but you should be able to climb steps and uneven grounds. Cave experience is a must things to do in Cappadocia. I am 76 yrs it was bit difficult to climb steps and besides I had numerous knee surgeries. But this just me don’t build your expectation from my experience.

The family suite beautiful and comfortable and the cave pool is so neat! They also arranged taxi rides and put it on my tab. One of my favorite stays in the world when considering the price.

The Staff is vers friendly they try always to help and to give they best. You feel your self always welcome. Just the breackfast have to be bigger when you are 4 people. Because we realize that breackfast for 2 is the same like for 4 people but is not really big problem everything was delicious and fresh
