The ambience was nice. As soon as the receptionist ( girl) handed over the key she asked for tip! we couldn’t even check in but she already asked for tip. on top of that when we entered the room we found the comod lid of the washroom broken. it wasn’t checked. the toilet was unclean and smelly. the location is damn quiet not suitable for the people who are looking for lively vibes. my overall experience was so bad that, I left the room the very next day after checking in. we had to find another hotel for our stay in cappadocia.
