Cybele in Cappadocia

This was the absolute best hotel I have ever stayed at. The owner/manager was amazing. He was friendly, helpful, always available, and made me feel like family. He helped us arrange tours, gave recommendations, and took care of everything. Plus his dining and tour suggestions were right on the mark. Indeed, the entire staff was as friendly as you'd hope. The (Turkish) breakfast was tasty and the dining area was outstanding--we could eat inside or outside, depending on the weather. The views from the property were outstanding. The rooms were stunning. Staying in a cave is true experience. It's something you'll remember forever. The indoor (actually, in-cave) pool was amazing. The beds were comfortable and the rooms spacious. There was available parking, which is an IMPORTANT because otherwise parking can be quite difficult.

Cybele rounded a perfect stay in Cappadocia. Since booking staff was very proactive in supporting and need. During the stay Kurtis and Eke were the perfect hosts providing insight for restaurants and tours. Rooms are a unique experience as they are carved into the mountain. If you can please try the rooms with terrace and jacuzzi. The view from the rooms and terrace are unique. Rooms do not have black out then at 5 am you are awake if you do not carry your mask. Nevertheless waking up at that time and looking through your window the 100+ ballons starting their journey is a whole experience as well.

The room was a little wet

I really appreciate the friendliness of the stuff. The location is prime. You can select a room with a pool.( please note that the pool makes the air wetter compared to other rooms. Choose this option only if you really know what you are doing. Though the pool would look really fantastic on your photos) None

Cybele is more than a hotel in a village in the heart of stunning Cappadocia with amazing reviews. It’s a comfortable, cozy experience in a stylish, modern hotel with the feel of home. What I loved the most is the warm, friendly and always helpful people who together make Cybele what it is. The professionally trained chef, who makes daily breakfast feasts, is unmatchable and so clever and fun. The head of reception is thoughtful and inclusive, and welcoming to everyone. The housekeeping manager, with her warm smile, cares for the rooms (and the jacuzzi baths and private pool!) so they’re spotless. They’re a team, with the owner and his brother, dedicated to make Cybele a perfect place to enjoy the surrounding area. Other hotels could well learn from Cybele what makes visitors happy, so they’ll remember their good times and want to return over and over again. My gratitude and thanks to Beray, Arzu, Gamze, and especially to Kurtuluş and his family for an unforgettable experience. ? I can’t think of anything —except leaving Cybele.

I chose Cybele in Uçhisar as home base for exploring Cappadocia because of the gorgeous views and its extraordinary reviews. The hotel and its team exceeded my high expectations. It is a newish, boutique hotel in an authentic village surrounded by the unique fairy chimney and cave dwellings that bring visitors to the area. The terrace, balconies and windows look out spectacularly to the valley surrounded by rock formations where hot air balloons rise. All the fun activities are nearby and easily arranged, and parking is available if you arrive by car. The hotel is elegantly designed with everything you might want for a comfortable, homey, and modern stay. What I especially loved was the friendly, helpful and gracious team who was always attentive but not overly so throughout my stay. Oh, and breakfast is amazing. As I think about my favorite hotels, Cybele stands out as a place I hope to return to and share with my friends and family. Special thanks to the Cybele family for a beautiful, peaceful and inspiring visit. Nothing, everything was perfect!

It’s so beautiful and comfortable Nothing

Cybele is a great hotel in an amazing location. New and modern hotel with an ancient touch. The views from the terrace are breathtaking. Our room was clean, spacious and quiet at night. The breakfast was delicious, and staff is very friendly and always ready to help.

An amazing experience! We had the most incredible stay, and the host is so incredibly kind, welcoming, and gracious. The hotel is new and everything is clean and beautiful. Short walking distance to nice restaurants. The view is unlike anything we have seen before- it is breathtaking!

From the moment I pushed the button and chose Cybele, the communication from Nur were first class and it continued throughout the trip. They continually went above and beyond my expectations. I don’t want to ruin the surprise but the rooms and views are amazing and there is a reason they give out 5 ⭐️ Cappadocia is a special place and Nur and her team make it a trip you will remember for a lifetime. Can’t thanks them enough. It was sad leaving but I will definitely return.
