Super staff and very accommodative Nothing

Loved the beautiful cave room, the clean jacuzzi, the terrace with the gorgeous view, the bountiful breakfasts, the comfortable beds, the kind staff. They treated us well and even packed us some food to go when we had to depart before breakfast. The small amenities like slippers, body scrubber and bath foam were very appreciated. We could see the hot air balloons from the terrace at sunrise. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants and Uchisar castle. We absolutely loved Vasil Cave Hotel - such a beautiful boutique hotel! One of our cave rooms was slightly musty smelling, but that seems expected for a room with no windows. We did not note any evidence of mold. Also the pillows were very thick, which was also true at our following accommodation, so maybe it’s common?

My stay at Vasil Cave Hotel was absolutely fantastic. The room was huge, spotless, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to cleanliness and detail throughout the hotel was impressive. The customer service was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to help organize my hot air balloon experience and arrange taxis, making everything effortless and stress-free. Their hospitality truly made my trip even more enjoyable. Every morning, I looked forward to the delicious Turkish breakfast, which offered a great variety of fresh and authentic options. The hotel's location is also perfect, making it easy to explore the area and enjoy all that Cappadocia has to offer. I strongly recommend Vasil Cave Hotel to anyone visiting the region. I had an amazing experience and will definitely be staying here again on my next visit! NA

Everything was amazing, perfect location, nice view from the terrace

Clean. Great shower. Excellent breakfast. Staff were all very helpful getting me a balloon ride when 2 days were cancelled and original company let me down. Room was very warm (may suit some) but although not a lover of air-conditioning, it worked well.

Beautiful room and hotel overall. A number of balconies to sit at for breakfast too which were lovely. Staff were lovely too. When I first came to check in, I had to wait for 10-15 minutes and rang the desk bell a number of times, as no one was around. The only other part of my stay that could have been improved was the breakfast. It was such a lovely spread of all types of food, however I was vegan and so half of it was wasted on me sadly. I think it’s worth asking people if you should take any of the food options away from the table as then you can reuse those for other people who can enjoy them (saves you money and food waste). I also ended up eating some cheese as the pastry that I was told only had potato in, seemed to actually have cheese in. I know there’s language barriers (me not speaking Turkish for a start!) and also cultural differences where veganism isn’t so prominent in Turkey compared to the UK, so I wasn’t annoyed with this so much, but it’s worth understanding for future customers.

An excellent small and cute hotel, with great decoration and atmosphere. Breakfast area with view to the valleys and quality of breakfast very very good. Staff was willing to help and Bura, a member of the staff was always to our service once needed. Nothing to report here.

It was really nice! The bedroom was exceptional, it overcome the expectations! The breakfast was really assorted and delicious. Recommended for the location as well if you’re exploring Cappadocia. Nothing to complain about.

AMAZING STAY! Location was outstanding. Very quiet at night and lots to do in the area. The staff was wonderful. Very kind and helped us with anything we needed. Breakfast was OUTSTANDING!

Staying at Vasil Cave Hotel in Capadocia was an exceptional experience in every way. I have never received such outstanding hospitality at a hotel before. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate all of our requests, arranging a private tour for us and treating us like royalty. Their warmth and attentiveness made our stay truly unforgettable. The hotel itself is stunning, with a romantic ambiance that makes it an ideal place to unwind. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. A 10/10 experience all around.

Mehmet helped us with everything we needed, we are very happy! Breakfast was delicious and the room is very cozy! The terrace is beautiful and the hotel is well located, close to all locations in Uçhisar!

The staff were very helpful and always pleased to help us with suggestions for restaurant reservations and tours in the local area. The hotel was situated very close to Pigeon Valley and other local tourist spots. N/A

This hotel has exceeded our expectations. The rooms/bathroom are very pretty and modern. The Cave room is huge and very pretty. The staffs were very welcoming, will go beyond to make you comfortable and always ready to help. Mehmet is a very kind person whom his priority is to make you discover Cappadocia to the max and make sure you have a good stay. All the foods were homemade which tasted good. I would also like to add that this hotel is not money minded at all ! They will go beyond to make your stay enjoyable.
