It is a pretty cool place. We went during the week so we were the only ones there! Lots of deer.

We had a great time! Small kitchen area had a small refrigerator, toaster oven and a two burner hot plate. Internet was adequate. Air conditioner worked fine in the Tipi. Bathroom is separate but very nice.

The location was great with a short walk to the Guadalupe river. Tipis has their own dedicated deck and a little landing area to fish from. It was very peaceful this time of year-March. This place is great for families with young kids to play around the property and enjoy the outdoors. I wasn’t sure if I would be a fan of a teepee and I’m not because I wanted more natural light but it’s an authentic teepee style so no windows.

Our room was pretty clean and the AC was working and comfortable. The outlets on the kitchenette did not work and no response from the text I sent. I would suggest a coffee table or a small table and chairs so you can eat with out having to sit on a bed. We had some very noisy families but that is not fault of the property - just know the tipis are pretty close together. River Road is rather noisy - so just know that going in. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

This place was perfect for our honeymoon. Great atmosphere and clean like our house. I highly recommend this place to stay for a get away from the city life

Room was great even with all the other people around you it still feels fairly private was an excellent experience.

No microwave, no wood provided for the fire pit, the lake is a distance away not like shown, restroom is extremely hot, sheets were stained with blood. Trash not swept up instead swept under the sofa. No extra sheets available to change the dirty ones. 2 towels for 7 people
