Price is right Owner/management good. Front desk made a big mistake. Should be more informed of stay details. Won't stay again. Lots of bugs if that's your thing, cool.

The Management and staff were excellent. Very professional. This motel met my needs at the price I wanted to pay Some bugs.

The only thing good about this location was the daughters of the owner, she was kind and helpful. This is a hotel where people live and when I say live I mean they hang out in front of the room doors, sit as if it’s a front porch, there is couches/chairs/grills in the grass, the owners came knocking on my door at 10:34am to ask if I was checking out (my reservation was paid for up front for 1 night and check out is at 11am so why am I being bothered while packing up) and then at 10:43 my room door just opens; it’s the owner (woman) just opening my door without knocking or anything and again saying “are you leaving “…I am paid until 11am so again, why are you at my door and better yet why are you entering?? The rooms are disgusting!! The couch in the one room is so filthy I refuse to even put my suitcase on it, the walls in the bathroom look like they are never wiped/cleaned, they put some fabulous in there but it’s not cleaned. Cigarette burns all over the place, tv don’t work, stuff shoved between the sink and tub so you know no one is cleaning properly, roaches in the rooms, kids yelling and screaming all night because they live there, the man in 105 is a creep, he stands outside the door staring and makes reason to keep walking by your room, parking lot is full of potholes, signs everywhere in the office that you only have 20min from the time of check in to get a refund. Save yourself the hassle…. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! This place is ran down, unclean, and having people just walk in your room that you paid for without knocking is crazy and scary!!!!

the lowest price in the area uncleanness, stains allover the place dissuading me even to take the shower. we were sent to a smoking room while we had booked a non-smoking.

The price There were no amenities. The cleanliness of the room was substandard. There were grease stains on the sheets and cigarette burns in the bedding.

Nothing the roaches and bugs were having a party in my room and when I woke up it www worse. Was going to check out that night but had no where to go it was too late.

This place is a dump. STAY AWAY. A garbage dumpster would be a better alternative. If you like staying up until 2am with a rap party next door. Don't say you weren't warned. I LEFT THIS DUMP TO STAY ELSEWHERE. Don't make my mistake.

Negative: Poor follow through on request to fix TV, probably one of the dirtiest hotels I've stayed at in a long time. They Must attract clients who are not trustworthy. That's not me. Cleaning Staff knocked on my door 4 x between 9 am and 11 am to confirm my check out time. Then at about 10:40 a.m house keeping banged on my door and stood in my doorway clearly poised to come into my room. She stood there quiet strident. I had been getting my things ready and finally I shut the door in her face so she'd get the message. Which she finally did. Prior to this she knocked on my door and asked for a $5.00 or a $ 10.00 tip. TIP means: "to insure promptness." And I always leave a tip anyway, but to be asked a head of time....that was a bit much for me. I think that there is an art and science to the privilege of being service to others in the hotel business. I wish this Hotel's staff Godspeed in learning this.

Excellent young lady at the front desk very nice. She said she was working this job and a different motel . She was very nice. Excellent service I mean it is what it is it’s a cheap stay for the night. Don’t expect it to be anything nice, it’s filled with essentially just drug addicts and people down on their luck. So essentially I blend d in just fine hahahaha

Quiet clean nice staff

Roaches were in the bathroom.

My biggest complaint was the air conditioning not working properly in my room. And the bathtub didn’t look clean.
