Bathroom taps had mould formed on it. Kettles were not given until asked. Doormat was not provided.

Location is good if you're flying the next day. Half an hour from the airport. Close to treinstation Delhi Cantonment. Rooms look fairly new. Checkin took 2hrs. I arrived at 11.30PM and we were done at 1.30PM. The guy reception didn't accept my evisa and the only reply I got was "no mam, company policy". Eventually a man who spoke Hindi came out of his room to help me. Very grateful for that, otherwise I shouldve looked for a different hotel at 12 in the night. The restaurant was closed (or non-existing?). I did get breakfast in my room, but the pictures of the restaurant gave me a different expectation. The bin in the bathroom was filled with showerwater of previous guests. I think they're quite new and it may be startup problems. But it was below expectation.

The staff were helpful, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the location was a major downside—it’s in an unplanned area that was hard for Uber drivers to find, and the surroundings were quite dirty. On top of that, it was very noisy, making it difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep. While it might work for local travelers used to the area, it’s definitely not ideal for international visitors.
