I like this property very much. This is a nice location near to shastri nagar metro station. The rooms are clean spacious and this hotel is luxury. Thank you, Saddam front desk receptionist Empire. We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Qotel hotel The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. Staff was very professional and welcoming. Location was perfect for our needs as it was very close to metro station. We truly appreciate the complete experience. Rooms were big size There was no blanket during winter time. Even when I asked the hotel for blanket, they said that there is nothing. The staff is not good at all. And they were using the room next to me and playing music at very loud voice till 3 AM in the night. When I asked them in the next morning, the people involved declined. I had to ask for towel and soap since there was nothing shampoo in the room. I had ordered breakfast in the morning, but they themselves had to order online, and it came 1 hour later than I had asked for. The network in that area was also not good, and wifi on premises was very bad too. Also they took money upfront on first night itself, for all the nights stayed there.

The hotel was in a great location with local shops and restaurants and within walking distance to the metro. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. the Hotel had all the necessary services and very comfortable...
