there was no breakfast !!! for that matter even drinking water was not provided !!! first of all they didn't have the message from you guys regarding the booking !!! when i contacted OYO, they traced the booking but could not satisfy the hotel guys regarding the booking. this was going on for almost an hour without any progress!!! i got sick of this and paid a higher amount ( as the hotel guys took advantage of my situation !!! ) to stay at the hotel. the room was very bad as they deliberately gave the worst possible room. overall i deeply regret having made a reservation through booking.com

property manager denied check in. refused to give room. demanded extra money property manager is a cheat and so is oyo hotels. refused to give room after booking and payment. arrogant and rude behaviour. dirty unhygienic hotel

Nothing just wasted money and the staff allocated the room to the other party. "booking.com" has no value over there. As mentioned above!
