Location Disappointing Experience: Noise Disturbance Ruined Stay Review: My recent stay at [Hotel Name] in Delhi left much to be desired. Despite arriving at a reasonable hour, our experience quickly soured due to the incessant noise and vibrations emanating from the DJ on the 3rd floor. Despite alerting the reception multiple times, it took until 12:40 in the midnight for them to finally address the issue. This disrupted our sleep significantly, especially considering we had an early morning flight to catch. As a result, we couldn't rest properly, which was incredibly frustrating and impacted our overall experience. While the hotel itself may have its merits, the lack of consideration for guests' comfort and sleep quality is a significant downside. I sincerely hope the management takes steps to address this issue promptly to ensure a more pleasant stay for future guests.

A fairly decent place, looks good. Has good connectivity with even a metro station nearby. Too pricey for what's offered. For a place offering the same options and facilities of a budget accommodation, they charge a lot. Even a small pool doesn't justify the price.

Courteous staff , in the industrial area , so the best place to stay if you got work there Being in industrial area is far from all markets, nothing to do outside the property, nearby . Also the rooms all have sealed windows and looking out to nothing , get a boxed in feel

Suites are a scam the other part of the room where the image shows sofa and table are totally misleading there was only a single sofa and it was all empty. There is no fireplace at the property it’s false advertising.

Among the staff at the counter, Diksha always smile. The others is low in smiling. My stay is okay. Only the day when my ac is not working, i need to wait long until the staff told us to move to other rooms. The staff did not come to our room or call us ask to move. We need to go down to the counter, then they say we need to move to new room. This is not good. Customer service need to be improved.
