Easy late night check in. Convenient to the downstairs hotel. Lovely staff. Short walk to some yummy cafes for breakfast. Stairs only up to rooms - difficult with suitcases.

The beds were really comfortable, and the room was clean and well looked after. The staff were amazing and made us feel really welcome, especially one of the bartenders and the owner/manager. They were both so friendly and helpful, which really made our stay even better. The only downside was there was a strong smell when we arrived, like someone had just used the bathroom and it had been covered up with air freshener. Other than that, we didn’t have any issues.

Close to proximity of our destination. Were allowed to enter accommodation 0ne hour earlier, this was appreciated. Did not receive information of how to enter as per email 24 hrs notice. Received nil codes information to enter rooms and bathrooms. With support from Hotel staff we still did not receive code to join the two rooms together. Stained linen, no tissues or paper towels provided and insufficient toilet paper. Paid for family of 4 but only two stools available. Insufficient cutlery and utensils for four. Window could not be opened and we experienced obvious lack of fresh air. We stayed for two nights without any cleaning staff entering or approaching us to inquire if we had any issues or needs. Although we were able to approach the Hotel Bar staff and request assistance (this was appreciated) we clearly did not feel welcomed. We entered and exited the accommodation without any contact or interaction with Accommodation staff.
