Plenty amenities No king sized beds on the property. Queen bed not sufficient for my wife and I.

Overall I liked my stay at Memoir and appreciated the hotel amenities mixed with apartment-style units. The rooms were bigger than a comparable hotel room and had everything I needed. The attached Common House (coworking/social club) was a nice place to hang out as well, I liked the lounge area and the fact that they had daily programming. The location was relatively walkable and not too busy. Lastly, the on-site food options were reasonably priced - more affordable than other hotel dining I've seen. I have a couple main gripes with the property: - housekeeping only comes once a week - the room didn't have a full length mirror - the couch was really old and uncomfortable. this wouldn't have been a big deal if the TV was visible from the bed.

A few things were not up to par. However is was a fairly comfortable stay.

Beautiful property. Staff was unhelpful and frankly disengaged. For example, asked how to get to the pool but failed to tell us the pool towels are in the closet of the room NOT at the pool. Had to go back to the room only to find one towel. Back to the lobby where we were offered a small gym towel and no apologies. You can’t charge to the room at the pool or the bar. Pool bar staff spent most of their time walking around vaping not behind the bar. Room had maintenance issues as well. Blind leading to outdoor space wouldn’t roll up; tv didn’t work, ice maker didn’t work, handle to freezer broken. Told staff; they said they would put in a ticket. No apology- never fixed.

Nice clean room, loved having a washer and dryer in the room.

Great location and the building has tremendous character. Excellent for walking to all the main sites. Tiles surrounding the pool need a good clean though.

I think the overall space is beautiful. The pool and common house and the lobby are all wonderfully decorated. Unfortunately, I just don’t think the rooms are up to standard. I check in and my first room was clearly not checked. The bedroom tv was shattered and the closet door was off the hinges. There was also small cleaning things I noticed that I have never seen at a standard hotel. Like behind the dresser of the second room I found a wrapper for black and milds. Then on top of all of that the tvs did not work for my entire stay. And normally that doesn’t seem like a big deal but for me I fall asleep to tv while I’m traveling because it helps me feel comfortable. Overall I’d probably stay at a standard hotel next time.

What an excellent property! Everything was exquisite. The parking was expensive. Also, the bar drinks were just OK (not great).

Amazing stay. Really enjoyed the pool to cool off from the hot summer days.

Stay was perfect. Clean and easy. Wish the pool bar would have been open.

As a solo traveller this place was amazing. The apartment had everything I needed for the few days I was there to be able to do my own meals. The space in the apartment and the finish of the accommodation was fantastic. I also loved the access to the gym and sauna, plus the rooftop pool. These were all great places to relax and get a work out in. I didn’t use the coworking space, but that was so well equipped. I would recommend this to anyone looking to keep their normal routine while travelling, while being close to all the key attractions.

Beautiful rooftop pool, helpful staff especially Brandan, washer/dryer in room was very appreciated, very clean room and hotel. Wonderful restaurants in the area and very close to the Convention Center. 2 lamps didn't work and the bathroom door was difficult to open/close without making a lot of noise. Maintenance wasn't available during our stay for either issue. We still enjoyed and recommend the hotel.

The room itself was gorgeous and clean and as described. The complication is that when I checked in there weren't enough room keys available. The only units available with a key were apparently the next room class up and though I think he meant well, the attendant said, "I don't want to upgrade you and make you pay another $80". So he ended up needing to walk me to my room each time I needed since you can't even get past the elevator without it. I also couldn't access the bar/restaurant without exiting the building since that required a key too. Needless to say, I avoided leaving my room much so I wouldn't have to keep standing in line for an escort. I was in a hurry to get to an event and it was just really inconvenient. The attendant offered a free drink voucher, but again... the hassle to get to the bar just wasn't worth the trouble and drink vouchers usually actually come automatically with many properties I book through Expedia. It just felt weird and I'd honestly prefer a less nice room if it means I can come and go securely and freely when I please. The upgrade convo was just bizarre and I think if he'd phrased it differently or just gave me a marginally nicer room that had an actual key, I wouldn't have been as annoyed. A key and freedom are basics of renting a room. When those aren't available, you make it right on the spot. (I also ran into another couple who had the same issue so it wasn't isolated to just me).
