The hotel was decent enough in general. There was a weird smell in the room when we first got there, but it went away eventually. They didn't have towels available at my request. I had to wait until they were done washing them. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay. The staff was nice and helpful, the valet parking was efficient, and the location of the hotel makes you fairly close to a good amount of attractions...walking distance if you're into that...a very short drive if you're not.

Great place to stay before a cruise. We walked to the port from the hotel with all our suitcases and belongings with no issue. We also walked to the French quarter, maybe a 20min walk but not bad bc there are lots of places to check out on the way

Staff was very helpful to Me and my guest, It was my 2nd stay and you all had made beautiful changes and upgrades to the hotel. I enjoyed my stay❣️
