We had a room beside the elevator, so it was noisy. The room was nice, comfy. There wasn’t a coffee pot in the room

We had a couple disturbance there that nobody really came to check on as far as the staff, but besides that it was pretty good The fighting of guest and none of the staff come out or security come out to see what’s wrong

We arrived at 8 pm ! The night manager was so nice and helpful . My daughter and I were traveling alone . I was concerned about the area he was reassured me that it was a safe place. He let us park directly in front of the hotel. I know I bugged him about local places to eat , He gave me several menus and numbers . One of the best hotel stays I've had in a long time especially for the price !!!

Value. Pool. Tv didn’t work. Room had bad smell.

Let’s start with the breakfast. It was one of the worst I’ve ever had. The only things available were bread, coffee (which, by the way, tasted awful), and some juice. There was nothing else to eat. In my room, I found a cockroach, which made me feel like it hadn’t been cleaned properly. The carpet also had visible dirt and debris, making the room feel dirty and poorly maintained. On top of that, the entire hallway outside smelled strongly of marijuana, which made the experience even worse. Overall, it was a very disappointing stay and definitely not what I was expecting.

Not far from the French quarters, has a bus that you can take from the motel to the French quarters. Pay $3 and use the pass for 24 hrs for bus, trolley, and ferry unlimited times breakfast was good with waffles, muffins, cereal, oatmeal, breads. Had a good variety of movies and channels to watch on TV as well for kids and adults. The gate entrance is tight, and you have people that stand there trying to get in. Not much lighting in the rooms, and no dressers.

The check in staff were nice The cleanliness of the hotel. On more than one occasion I went to say breakfast just for the staff to be eating and leaving no waffles behind for the hotel customers. My room was disgusting. There were also children's shoes left in their, where they hadn't cleaned. There was dirt built up behind the doorways. Food on the walls of our hotel room. The air filters hadn't been cleaned at all.
