Hotel itself was very clean.Bar staff were very friendly, but cost of drinks were ridiculous! The food was very good, and the breakfasts had good options.a shuttle to the casino would have been nice, as my wife had to Uber there while I played Golf.We plan on staying there again next year, but will bring alcohol with us...

Very clean. Great staff. The pub/restaurant is open past 1 AM serving food, which was very convenient. There’s snack shop was well stocked.. bed was super comfortable.

The AC in our room was covered in mold and the bed was damp. It smelled terrible and was a health hazard. The employees were kind and moved us to a different room which still had an odd scent.

Close to Foxwoods. Everything good except tub was slippery.

I was shocked at the upkeep for this hotel. I am a Hilton Honors members and their hotels are certainly maintained than this. The carpet in all areas smelled like mildew. My AC in my room did not work. It was set to 60 and my room was unbearable warm. The maintenance staff was not able to fix

This may sound petty, but they need to clean up the weeds around the outdoor hot tub. I don't think anyone even bothers to look out there. The same black sock was on the ground for 3 days.

Property was clean and in good condition. Service was excellent throughout the entire hotel!

This place looks brand new ! excellent location only a mile from Foxwoods casino, I have stated other hotels that are south of the casino, but this one by far is the best and closest. I’m not sure if they offer free breakfast or have a shuttle as some other places do but the bed was so comfortable we missed morning breakfast time anyway.
