Ocean Eleven Suites

Checked in and the room was over 100 degrees because a/c was off. Turned it on then went out for dinner. Came back several hours later and a/c was off again and room was 100 degrees again. Turned back on and told manager ac wasn't working correctly. He showed up and told me vents were closed. I told him , No, it was off. Treated me like an idiot. Then he told me if I didn't like it to go across the street and stay at the Best Western which I did. Horrible experience. Stay Away!

Pictures are very deceiving of property,bed was extremely loud sounded like it was on top of milk cartons lockbox didn’t work. It was a pain in the butt and was not really near the beach.

Jeremy was awesome. We loved it here and ended up staying longer than expected.

The staff was very friendly and helpful here. We will definitely be back again next year. Parking is TIGHT here.

Jeremy was extremely helpful during the construction. Answered all of our questions and offered solutions. Suite was as described in the listing. Just what we needed. Could use some updates in the bathroom. We were on a few minutes walk from the beach. Very nice area to stay.

Owner was super helpful and accommodating. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

It appears the property was recently purchased by new ownership. Some of the things that we noticed that need to be addressed or window coverings over the blinds. In the bathroom, it could really use a water saving toilet. They need to add some shelving throughout the suite so you can put your items on them instead of in the floor. The access to the laundry facilities did not work and the key to the room only worked on the front door. We had a two bedroom suite and the air conditioner was in one room and the other room you had to leave the door open in order to get air-conditioning into that room. The parking lot was in the process of being paved so it was base and paving equipment. While this may seem like a dig on the property, given that it looks like there’s new ownership, these are just things for the new ownership to look into and possibly addressed in the future.

Right across from the beach access, lies a hidden gem. The perfect little bungalow for a family of 5. Loved it!

Towels could use some bleaching. Lots of stains. Wonderful otherwise!

This is an older motel across the street from the beach. Built in the 60s. It’s clean, kitchen upgraded. Small bedrooms; but walk over right down the street. Kids had a great time. Close to a lot of restaurants and shopping

The owners were very accommodating. The place was perfect for us. Our group stayed in the 3 bedroom pool house and an additional 2 bedroom suite. Walking to the beach was a breeze and the pool and pool area were perfect. We will definitely stay again!

This property isn't fancy like some other resorts, but it was great for me and my husband. It's quaint and peaceful. Close to the beach. Clean pool.

I hadn't realized I was renting an entire house. I was extremely impressed with the property, the rental and the pool. Not only am I planning a return visit, guests of mine were also impressed and want to book here as well. Management was very responsive when I reached out and got back to me within a minute. It was just a short walk to the beach across the street. I can't think of a single thing that would have made the stay any better. It is my new favorite place to stay.

Location was fantastic, communication quick to respond, linens nice. Very basic kitchen amenities if you plan to cook. Couch was new but super hard and uncomfortable for any long period of time. During a holiday weekend I wasn’t surprised the high cost for a “renovated motel” but I would t pay that much on non holiday. Bottom line, it’s clean, across from beach, nice pool. Looking for comfy stay it’s a great place

Staff was very helpful!! Location was great. We loved the cornhole by the pool. We didn’t use the grill, but love that we could have. Beach was a 3 minute walk away. We did see a few bugs, but it’s Florida.

We really enjoyed our stay here at Ocean's Eleven. The room was perfect for what we needed. There were just two of us but they do have larger units. The place was very clean also. We were right across the street from the ocean. Plenty of stores and restaurants nearby as well. Would definitely come back again.

Very nicely maintained hotel.. rooms are like mini apartments…all you could ever need.. great to have a kitchen for a quick meal & refrigeration for water/food etc…..across the street from the beach.. lovely pool. Definitely would/will stay here again.. highly recommend.
