I thought staff to be to stern and unfriendly and unwelcoming

Great stay, super cute!

The management did a great job of updating a historic hotel - terrific shower, lovely patios, beautifully landscaped and outfitted small pool, plenty of parking, with a spa and good restaurant right next door. The area was great for walking to restaurants, the beach (15 minutes), and over the bridge. A small, boutique hotel needs an exceptionally friendly and helpful staff.

Room very clean, friendly staff, great river view from room & restaurant. My husband loved the shower head! Close proximity to walk & eat nearby. Would definitely come back for weekend getaway!

Decent stay rooms need updating.

It was very quaint. Amazing bedding and bed. Staff was very helpful with information and directions. Even an uber driver!

Absolutely wonderful stay! Very quaint, clean, accommodating staff. We were early and were offered to leave our luggage while we walked around. When we went to check in, our luggage had been delivered to our room. The room was beautiful, a patio, two queen beds, ample electric outlets and natural lighting. The free breakfast was a treat. The spa services next door were so nice too. I highly recommend!! We'll be back for sure.

We loved the Hotel it was very quaint, clean and welcoming. The staff were also very nice. Breakfast was free next to the hotel and was really good. We also received a discount at the restaurant for dinner which was also wonderful! Nothing

Lovely inn on the river. Clean room, friendly staff, convenient location. Great bed and pillows! Reasonably priced. Includes breakfast at a cute little spot next door to the property.

We loved our stay at the Riverview. Our room was very comfortable with a beautiful waterview and balcony. John at the front desk couldn't of been nicer and more helpful. We also enjoyed a delicious meal in the restaurant one night and nice breakfast every morning next door , that was included. We will definitely return

Amazing stay! The room was beautiful and spacious, Le Occitane products in the bathroom, coffee and tea in the reception! It was an absolute pleasure to stay here and will be back soon!

Everything. My room was small but very clean and nice. Beautiful area. Close to the beach. Lots of shops and restaurants. The employees that I talked to, were very friendly. The parking wasn’t very good

Exactly what we expected. Comfy...

Highly recommend this hotel! From the courteous and friendly staff at check in, to the great room we had that was right on the edge of the pool, our stay was so amazing! There are fresh cookies when you arrive, and our room temp was cool and inviting. The breakfast offerings from The Mermaid Cafe just steps from the hotel were amazing. Loved the staff there too! Check in and check out were a breeze and the river is only a few steps away as well. I would definitely return here. :)
