Great hotel, horribly understaffed

He did eventually find one. The restaurant wasn’t open for breakfast Otherwise good place to stay

We drove out of the way to stay near the casino. It was definitely worth it. Teddy's was a comfortable and reasonably priced hotel. The drive to the casino was short and upon return, the hotel was quiet.

Nice clean room n beds are comfortable clean

Stay was not great

Room was not very clean, internet was very bad. I tried several places to get a faster speed it it was still really bad. I would not stay there again

Needs friendly staff

Coffee machine did not work. There were no carts to take items to room and the fridge by desk late afternoon were not helpful at all. There was not a breakfast for guests.

There was no breakfast at our hotel we had to leave and go to the other hotel to have breakfast so we didn’t have breakfast Hotel needs a lot of maintenance. A lot of things were not working or broken.

Disgusting! Don’t waste your money.

Unit did not have any amenities such as plates or cups or cutting boards . It was haphazardly thrown together by the cleaning staff, every room had problems with housekeeping. Staff is nice but not professional at all. Really disappointed that the place was not run well.

Located in a good spot. The room was nice. The staff person working not only charged us twice for the room, but overcharged us. I had the confirmation of our price on the booking.com app, which included a letter from the hotel confirming the price. She did not know how to fix it. I have sent an email to the hotel, along with pictures of the bill and booking.com information, to ask them to fix it. It has been 3 days with no response. My husband called the hotel and spoke to the manager who said he would fix it, and we are still waiting. So, I am very disappointed.

Dirty towel in the closet, used coffee pod in the keurig, needed 2 remotes for the TV. Only had 1. Dirt/mud outside our room door for 2 days....

Paid $300 for 1 night to walk into a room that was BARELY clean. Yes, the bed was made but there was hair in the bathroom sink and all over the front of the toilet, the ac unit was COVERED in dust, i pulled the filters out and they were even worse! Rocks and dirt on the hardwood floor when you walk in. Corn chips outside our room door on the carpet/hallway floor. Huge stain on carpet near the bed. Spoke to front desk or maybe Manager (couldn't tell- we ran into him in elevator on way down to lobby and he could tell we had an issue with our room) he was fast to say the problem would be handled right away and he did send someone up there immediately but not sure what they did to fix the room other than get the hair our of bathroom sink and spray freshner all over. Still didnt handle any other problems we noticed. The bed did have a couple hairs under the pillows. Gonna hope it happened from housekeeping putting new sheets on and not from someone previously sleeping in the bed. We had a show to get to (which is why we were in newtown to begin with) all the other hotels were booked up and we had bad storms to travel home afterwards so we pushed through it. They also wanted $10 for breakfast? Like I wasnt over charged to begin with. Nice hotel if you can look past the filth! ?

Comfortable and clean! Easy to locate, good parking

The shower head was not adjustable. Must have been purchased at the dollar store.

The hotel is clean, quiet, and in a great location! Will stay here again!

Great, but no pool only bad rating about this place.

Hotel was a newer building but not very clean. Garbage piled in the hallway was there for two days, no continental breakfast, and rooms not very clean.
