Bathroom door was broken when we arrived. They sent maintenance right away but wasn’t fixed. Was able to move rooms right away. Room was clean. No fan in the bathroom which is odd. Good location. Friendly staff

Unfortunately, the hotel lacked many of the amenities we look for when staying in New York. There was no real lobby or reception area to relax in, no bar, and no inviting common spaces. As a result, the property felt more like an Airbnb than a full-service hotel. We’ve stayed at several hotels in New York City, and one of the things we enjoy is being able to unwind in the lobby, have a drink at the hotel bar, or visit a rooftop bar after a day of sightseeing. Those amenities really enhance the overall experience, and we missed them here. While the room itself met our expectations, the lack of hotel amenities means we probably would not choose to stay here again.

Great stay! Great location. Wish I had a better view from my room but overall, great hotel!
-
Nice, clean and well kept facility. We didn’t utilize the gym however there was a 2nd floor lounge that was nice to hang out in. The room was nice and tidy.

This was a quick trip for 2 nights. The value of what I received felt better than other properties. My room had a city view, a microwave, and a refrigerator. It also included a nice full breakfast minus the tip and tax. I would definitely stay again. It is also located within four to 6 blocks of all of the best broadway shows.

The desk staff and management were absolutely wonderful and pleasant. The property is located in a great area and central to everything. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms were updated and nice.

Great room. Helpful staff. Don’t valet park. Called for car, was told 20-30 minutes. 50 minutes later they brought wrong car. Right car arrived 15 minutes after that.
-
Just average. The rooms are small, no sheer curtains (so no privacy with the curtains open), no ice machines on floors. Restaurant closes early. The safe in my room malfunctioned, took a day to resolve. Overall not terrible, but there are better options close by.

The room was clean but small (I guess typical NYC room size). Staff were polite and pleasant; however, what bothers me and my group was the “complimentary” wine. We were not informed by staff that it’s not actually free as you are charged an extra $50 per night whether or not you drink the wine. Nice breakfast (although expensive) at the next door restaurant. You get a voucher for one free breakfast, but still expensive. Good location in proximity to subway.

The room was extremely spacious. The upgrades (late check out and larger room) were fantastic!

Clean room, nice staff, excellent location
-
Staff was great, hotel property was below average.
-
How long it took to check in due to international bank delay, wish it could have been an option to sort it next morning as I was rather tired from travels
-
Great location, peaceful 10 min walk from Bryant Park
-
Will def stay there again

I stayed here previously and chose to return, but this visit was disappointing. My room had a smashed TV, and the hotel had no water for a full day. On Sunday morning, a housekeeper was loudly on FaceTime outside the rooms while waiting to clean, which was disruptive. Overall, the property feels run down and in need of renovation. Basic amenities were missing—no slippers or robe—and the WiFi was unreliable; I had to repeatedly call for resets before being given access to the staff network.

Central location, the room was pretty and towels and bathroom feel luxurious. The treadmill space was comfortable, liked wine in the lounge area. There was no hot water one morning but the manager compensated for it. The furniture needs an update or refresh. The breakfast policy. We never made breakfast a priority and missed it each day

Clean and great location!
-
Short walk to Rockefeller Center and Times Square, great breakfast. Great area of the city

Despite some mixed reviews, we chose this Midtown Manhattan hotel and were not disappointed. It offers good value for its prime location. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was spotty WiFi in our room, but since we stayed over the weekend and weren’t working, it wasn’t an issue. Overall, we recommend it.
