Easy to get to the city. Very small but nice hotel.

Basic hotel in a good area

My stay was very clean, nice and very well kept. Balcony was very small and personal which I liked since I stood alone. Bathroom was nice, shower was AMAZING, and the bed was comfy (to each its own because I like sleeping on firm beds) Front Desk were very nice. I would come back again.

Dirty elevators, Front desk very unpleasant and doesn’t have correct info of the hotel. Terrible service all around from that guy

Great room. Quiet and clean. The bed was comfy and the amenities were convenient. Fairly close to the subway so that is nice too. My only complaint is that they had a throw pillow on the bed (like for decor) and kept putting it back when making the bed. I think throw pillows in hotels are gross, but that is a very mild complaint and the only one I have.

free and available parking was a main reason for our seleting this hotel

This hotel was ok. Our air conditioner made a terrible noise and I asked the staff to move rooms but they said they would have someone look at the issue. They did nothing. It was disappointing.

The hotel room was very clean. Although I like a firm mattress, the double beds were a bit too hard for my liking. I stayed in a double room and the most disappointing thing was the size of the closet which was not tall enough to house a long dress without it puddling on the bottom.. Overall, a good hotel.

Had a horrible experience at another hotel CI in Brooklyn. Was about to give up on NYC. Checked into this hotel and could have cried from relief. Was able to park at hotel for free. The bellhop was such a friendly guy and I needed a friend after my experience at the other hotel. He helped us with our bags and let us know he was there if we needed anything. I breathed a sigh of relief when I saw the room. It was clean. The shower was amazing. I love the rain shower. I was so happy to take a long hot shower after my day. The beds were very comfortable. I felt safe in this area. We walked to the subway which isn't too far away. Everything was great and I will be staying here again. It saved our trip.
