It’s looks really regal and all the gold accents were so nice to see around. The staff were all amazing like Jose, Edmond, and Saleem. They were so helpful when it came to parking and even getting my luggage (it was a lot) up to my floor. The only thing that was frustrating was the restaurant because even though it’s inside the hotel, I didn’t know we had to reserve a seat (which is understandable) but as a guest I just thought we could just go whenever it was available.

Conveniently located with great views of St Peter’s Cathedral. Really enjoyed the hotel and restaurants but you have to make reservations in advance to dine or else you can’t find a walk in spot

Nice and spacious room and helpful staff

Beautiful property, excellent location for our needs and the staff were super friendly and helpful. First class hotel at its finest. Lovely courtyard to relax and eat some lunch.

Most beautiful view of any hotel. Easy Access and Convenient.

Amazing location. Bell men will go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant and they will get you anything you ask for. Concierge desk employees are not helpful at all, and they do not even try. I asked for newspapers one morning and they just said we don't have it and they told me they don't know where to get it. Bell men overheard it and within 5 minutes one of them brought it to my room. Concierge desk at the towers lied that they don't have newspapers and when I saw a pile of them on the left side of the doors, I was told not to take it, since its only for the guests from the towers. I offered to pay but they said NO. Usually hotels deliver papers to your room for free but not this one. If you need help use bell men. They really made my stay so much better at this hotel.

Nice but pricey

2nd time staying here and will not stay anywhere else when we come to NYC from now on. The hotel is immaculate and staff are outstanding and very helpful. So close to everything and if not the subway is a block away. We walked to the theatre district twice for shows in less time than a cab/Uber would’ve taken with the traffic congestion. The bars have everything including very high end liquors and the outside courtyard bar is fabulous for summer.

Excellent all the way around

Chose the hotel primarily for its location. Close to 5th Avenue but a lot quieter than hotels around Time Square. The main positive was that, without exception, staff were great throughout the stay. The reasons for not scoring higher were the rather limited facilities in the hotel given its size (e.g. only one dining option and only for breakfast) and the rooms which were tired and badly in need of modernisation. Clunky showers over a bathtub with horrible shower curtains and the absence of safety handrails or anti slip mats, unfathomably low toilet, tired looking decor, furniture and carpets, no coffee making facilities and sketchy wifi all contributed to a sense that, despite the excellent location, this hotel had fallen behind the times and doesn't, despite its location, justify the room price.
-
Good location and decent size rooms for the price I stay here 3-4 times a year and have done for many years. The hotel never remembers I have stayed there and it would be nice if they recognised loyalty.
