My first in NY and I had an incredible time at the Millenium Hotel. The hotel is a little older but we had an amazing room and view and it was honestly the best. When it was time for check in there was only one receptionist but then someone showed up to help and it all went smoother. I had an early flight so I got to leave my stuff with the concierge and that was the best thing ever as I got to go right back out and explore the city. Will definitely stay here again whenever I am back in the city.

My only complain is with staff. We requested extra blanket and a bassinet for our baby but never received one. We asked multiple times and were told someone will come but no one did

Tyreek went above and beyond his job and him along with the rest of the staff had great service and hospitality. We stayed for 4 nights and I liked the spacious rooms and decent view.

The hotel is going through some renovations, which I am fine with, the staff were very helpful and supportive during their transition. The hotel was fully booked, I thought the staff at the front desk handed all the different personalities with professionalism and kindness.

Location was fabulous; bell services staff member was exceptional Back door entrance and lobby on the 7th floor with separate elevators… and having to go back down from the lobby to go up to guest rooms

Location is convenient to everything in time square. Some staff can be rude at times. No microwave or fridge in the room so keep that in mind if you have a baby or temperature controlled medications.

The location was perfect. Close to EVERYTHING!! The staff were so friendly and overall amazing. The hotel itself isn’t bad, but the rooms are very dated and the furniture and carpet are very old and worn. The bathroom wasn’t too bad, but could also use an upgrade. We had no problems with the room temperature. My only issue was that I paid for a deluxe room, which said 340 sq feet and we were placed in a room with a smaller size and not much of a view, although I asked for a nice view in my notes, because it was a celebration vacation.
