I arrived to discover a $30/day "Destination Fee" I was required to pay on top of the usual rate + fees + taxes. This fee supposedly covered "amenities" that I could not possibly use, except the $15 towards their own restaurant. I will never stay at another Marriott or any other hotel that charges these surprise surcharges.

Location was excellent. Staff was helpful and friendly Parking is expensive. I had to pay an additional $30 daily fee not specified when I booked the room.

Extremely convenient and a plus to have parking on site!

Parking costs $60 per night, though guests do receive in-and-out access. Be sure to tell the parking attendants you're staying at the hotel so they can attach parking privileges to your room key. The standout aspect of this hotel is the housekeeping staff. They did an excellent job every day of our stay and deserve recognition for their outstanding service.

The room I had was outstanding and had of view of the Brooklyn Bridge and I could even see the Empire State Building. The facility was quite nice. The signs in the elevatora showed there was a swimming pool but apparently that has been closed for some time

Front desk staff was soso nice at check-in. Got up to our room and noticed the tv wasn’t working, so I went back to the front desk to let them know and they said they would have someone up to look at it asap, and if it wasn’t fixable, they would have us move rooms. Thankfully, they had someone up to check on it within 30 mins. They ended up having to contact the tv service provider which would take a bit longer, but by the time we got back to our hotel for the evening, it was fixed and working perfectly. No pool to our surprise, but when my husband asked why it was still being advertised upon booking, they clarified that the pool is not advertised on their actual website and that unfortunately 3rd parties (expedia) do not update their info because there hasn’t been a pool in a couple years. Overall, great clean and comfy spacious room, good shower and great customer service and very kind staff. personally was a great price for the location and amenities it did offer. Would definitley stay here again.

We will absolutely stay here again! The hotel is spacious, wonderful location to the Subway, Brooklyn Bridge, Blank Street coffee. The hotel has nice amenities. The staff is warm, helpful and welcoming! Our room was large especially for a city property. Pleasantly surprised for sure!

Our room had 10 foot ceilings and was much bigger than similar rooms in Manhatten. Overall the hotel was excellent and was in a very convenient location but bear in mind it is very large and really busy especially on weekends.
