The room was nice, bed comfortable, and the location allowed us to walk less than 19 minutes to the metro. Nothing fancy, but decent and safe.

Literally nothing. I wish i could give 0 stars Absolutely terrible experience. There was honestly nothing good about this hotel. The room they showed in the Booking.com listing was completely different from the room I was given. The door lock was broken, the bathroom wasn’t working properly, and what was supposed to be a king-size bed was simply two single beds pushed together, leaving a huge gap in the middle. The room was also extremely smelly and, in my opinion, not suitable to stay in. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. When I complained, one of the ladies came to my room and simply told me that they could not provide a refund. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THE PHOTOS ON THE BOOKING.COM LISTING. According to my experience, if you want the type of room actually shown in their listing photos, they will ask you to pay an additional $30 when you arrive. Otherwise, you may be given a completely different room. Very disappointing experience. I would strongly recommend being extremely careful before booking this hotel.

We did no have any breakfast and no one gave use any recommendations about it such a desapointed The room is clean.

Took long for doneobe to answer the front desk phone. Location was good for our purpose . There is not enough bar dosp towels . And no phone point near your bed side table .

this hotel is ideal if you’re a single traveler or if you just won’t be in the room much. everything is pretty out

I like the environment, is nearer to many amenities, and the room is very neat and comfortable. I don't like the fact that the hotel has no enough breakfast.

Bathroom reeked of urine. Dirty sheets . Overall cleanliness was not up to par.

10 minutes from Lagudia airport. Free parking. Close to public transportation into Manhatten. Decent sized room. Bare bones customer service. When we asked what street the subway was on we were told. You don’t need to know, it’s that way. Very slippery bathroom floor. Lacking in house keeping.
