I had a wonderful stay at The Dominick in Manhattan! From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, professional, and welcoming. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, elegant, and luxurious, and the views of New York City are breathtaking. The room was spacious, comfortable, very clean, and had everything I needed to truly relax and enjoy my stay. What stood out the most was the attention to detail and the way the staff made the experience feel special. The location is also perfect for enjoying Manhattan while still having a peaceful and luxurious place to come back to at the end of the day. I truly enjoyed my experience and would absolutely stay at The Dominick again. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Room was still dirty when we arrived and had stains around the toilet and in bedsheets. Room decor from early 2000s. 2 of 4 elevators were not working so it took a while to get to any floor. Views were nice.

The Dominick is great & one of our favorite places to stay in the city. The elevators on the other hand are a nightmare. Friday night the line was wrapped from the elevators to around the corner to the middle of the lobby. You spend all your time waiting on one to arrive & specific ones go to specific floors. The service elevators were out also so that added to the problem. Everyone including staff complained about them.

The hotel itself is beautiful! Spacious rooms with amazing views and amenities. However there elevator system is an absolute nightmare. Be prepared to wait 10 to 20 minutes for to catch a elevator from or to the lobby

Be prepared to spend half your time in the elevator that takes 15 mins to come then stops on every floor. Also my fridge was just hot drinks. Disappointing as I thought I was booking a super nice hotel. Location is super easy to walk soho at least.

Friendly staff, location very good. The lift system do not work sometimes you wait 20 minutes for a lift, one day the lifts did not work at all and we had to walk down with the stairs.

this hotel has gone down a lot in just a short few years. common areas and hallways look tired and old. the elevator situation is ATROCIOUS. we waited up to 30 mins and no less than 10 minutes every time we wanted to go anywhere. the room we were in also smelled of smoke. the room sizes are larger than most though in the city. the pool area is also nice.

Excellent service, room service was impeccable, quick and efficient. The staff was amazing too and the hotel is always clean. The pool was very useful, especially with 40 degrees celcius outside major heat wave lol! Located close to everything. Loved it
