The Lex NYC

This was my second stay at the Hotel Lex, and I continue to be impressed by the quality of the accomodations, the staff's professionalism, and the amenities nearby.

of a 'real hotel, small place-holder Lobby, amenity charge way too much for what was offered - had to ask for everything -WiFi password, drinking glasses, instructions for TV, ice - all those things theoretically included in amenities. Bed pillows were tiny & virtually empty of stuffing. On a positive note - room was clean, bed comfortable & daily service was offered on request. Definitely not a *** priority as advertised on Expedia. Thank you, C Mills

If you’re looking for a place to rest and that’s it. This is a good option for you. I do think

The hotel location is amazing for the city. It's close to all the major spots in midtown like Penn Station, Empire State Building, and all the hot restaurants.

הגעתי ל 4 ימים לבקר את הבת שלי קיבלתי חדר בקומה ה 2 במלון הצוות היה מדהים , חדר גדול ומרווח , הכל היה נקי ומבריק , שרות מצויין אין לי להגיד שום טוב שלא היה טוב ממליץ מאוד הכל היה מושלם

The Lex NYC front desk and staff were extremely helpful with providing a beautiful stay.

Clean room, updated bathroom, comfy bed. AC unit was so loud we had to turn it off while we slept.

I sometimes need to come to Manhattan from Long Island for doctor’s appointments. Sometimes I’m scared and can’t sleep. It makes a world of difference to have Manny’s smile during those times. I’ve stayed with you twice. Thank you for your hospitality.

Chambre propre, endroit silencieux et lit confortable. Le déjeuner fait pitié mais pour un motel pas trop cher direct au centre-ville c’est parfait.

Affordable, but you get what you pay for. We were in a lower level garden room that had hard to find plugs for charging, a not so comfortable bed, a low toilet where your balls dangle into the water, and a weird layout.

Fine hotel. Simple, clean, effective. Low price, great location. Not fancy, no amenities.

Convenient, clean, easy to navigate/use, safe, modern. Great location, close to trains, can't beat the price for the access you get. Highly recommend for solo travelers, quick trips to NYC. No trash can anywhere in room. Couldn't figure out how to work shower head, and that's never happened to me before. No fridge.
