Great location! Very nice and comfortable room. Staff were lovely. We needed a pullout made up and they were there in no time and very efficiently got everything set up. Will definitely stay there again!

Location was fantastic. Room was very spacious. The staff was incredible. Shout out to Joel from Belle Services. Helped us while moving kid to college with SO MANY bags and finding transportation!!

Very good

Pros: I liked the location. The Manhattan Club is central to everything, Central Park; Lincoln Center; Columbus Circle; Carnegie Hall; theaters, shopping, eating options, etc...all within walking distance. The staff were attentive and very helpful. The rooms are spacious. Cons: Only one working elevator. Long wait times to get to the Lobby. Musty, moldy smells in the rooms along with stale cigarette smells. No real temperature control in the room. Hard to regulate. The Lounge restaurant's food is sub-par and not worth the charge. Food is microwave ready with no flavor. I will not recommend this hotel nor stay here again.

The location and the unit size were very convenient. The elevator per renovation meant constant waits. The lounge was super expensive.

Location, room, staff NA

The Staff were all AMAZING! The room was fantastic. The elevators were in the process of being updated while we were there, which was only a slight inconvenience, but I imagine once they're completed that they will be fantastic! Definitely hope to come back and stay again!!! Definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area!!!

Space and size Was not able to have a kettle to boil water due to safety concerns

Check in wasn’t helpful. When we had to wait for our room, they didn’t tell us about the lounge on floor 26. The bellmen and valet were excellent and told us. Friendlier and helpful check-in staff.

Clean space, helpful staff. Highly recommend springing for the Penthouse suits. Very spacious and comfortable.

Great location, easy to get on public transportation, Central Park within walking distance as well as the theater district. Room (Jr. Executive suite) spacious with dining table & kitchenette. Good furnishings. Did not like coffee system in room. Pod type with espresso coffee.
