Staff was fantastic. Property was clean. One elevator was down. Glad I was on the second floor. Shower head was high for tall people, but very low pressure.

Clean updated room, comfy bed, and nice breakfast! However, it's the staff that I want to give the the biggest shout out!!!! I left a small purse with my car keys inside our room and didn't realize it until we were three hours down the road! Joe on the front desk was absolutely amazing. When I called the hotel he spoke with housekeeping, tracked down my purse, and sent me an email to facilitate shipping - all in less than ten minutes. I was very impressed and so thankful! Would happily stay here again!

4.5 stars. We stopped for one night, and had an overall good experience. It was clean, everyone was friendly, the A/C worked, the pool was lovely. My only caveats were the fact that we booked for a family of 3, but bedding was not provided for the sofa bed and when I went downstairs to ask for it, I was told there wasn't any. Thankfully we had brought a sleeping bag, but that didn't seem right. Breakfast was available but basic. The breakfast attendant was friendly and kept it very clean.

We did not check in until midnight because of flight change. It was nice to check in and crash. The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. In the morning, I heard the staff laughing in the laundry room. I thought they must enjoy their job and who they work with. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly. Wonderful stay!
