Disappointing

Have stayed a number of times and had nothing but positive experiences previously My staff who are my son and his wife who work for my company arrived 5 minutes before i did. I made the booking and the front desk person at 2:30pm on Saturday afternoon was extremely rude to them telling them a lot of unsubstantiated information like they didnt have a booking when in fact they were under my booking. Unfortunately that will be the last time we stay at IBIS 700 Hunter st, that kind of behaviour for a business person and his staff is unacceptable which is a shame

Excellent location and great price. My room was not really clean. There was dust around the edges of the floor and under furniture. It needs a more thorough vacuum.
