Clean rooms close to the club for meals. Texas was a Resturant in the club next door. The meal was absolutely amazing. Free parking. Really can’t complain about anything

The staff were helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The hotel offered ample free parking, including an EV charger, which was very convenient. We booked two interconnecting rooms, which worked extremely well and gave us the added bonus of a spacious lounge area and kitchen. The rooms were large, comfortable and provided plenty of space to relax. There were a few issues that detracted from our stay. The kettle was leaking water onto the electrical base plate, which was concerning from a safety perspective. In addition, the rooms had a very strong fragrance, which seemed as though it may have been masking either cigarette smoke or a damp/mould smell, and we found this unpleasant.

Good sized rooms and kitchenette for a family of 5 stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Mattresses were hard in all bedrooms, location if you want to stay in Newcastle closer to CBD or beaches would be better options.

Good location Air conditioning not working and blasting heat into the room , not able to be given another room, fans were provided but did absolutely nothing, bathrooms were dirty, gross brown marks around soap dispensers, one of the shower heads did not work and management refuse to give refunds only future credit.. I would never stay here again. Definitely. It work the money

The hotel was fantastic & the staff were amazing. So helpful and frriendly. The aircon stopped working on our floor & they quickly moved my colleague to another floor or provided me with a fan, because I couldn't be bothered moving :) Couldn't fault anything. Only thing would be the aircon breaking down, but that couldn't be helped and the staff immediately helped.

Great location. The Wests club next door is great. Staff at the hotel and club are excellent Bedside lamp didn’t work. Bathroom fan is noisy and obviously needs repair. Lack of coat hangers for business travellers.
