The staff was nice and the hotel was clean. It was in an excellent location! Definitely wasn’t a “luxury” experience, but was great and I would go back.

Super outdated hotel — honestly, it felt more like a Motel 6 than a hotel charging $1,000 a night. The carpet in the room was dirty, and the sheets had an overwhelming Clorox smell. Definitely not worth $1,000 for a Saturday night. The only positive was the location.

This place was very convenient. It was close to everything. Walking distance. And the room was clean. They have a microwave in the lobby for use. And a yard and patio you can hang out at.
-
The location was perfect. Loved access to the shuttle and being close to shopping and dining.

Perfect location.

The pool was cloudy and had things floating in it. Clumps of hair around it. Rooms were old and outdated. Beds and pillows could use an upgrade! The location is really what sells this place

Great view, clean room.

Main level bathroom needs cleaning, garbage left in stairwell. AC unit in room was very loud. First floor ice machine not working.

The location was perfect! So easy to walk to shopping and restaurants. The view from the marina is fantastic. The sunsets both nights we were there were beautiful! The staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. Overall, a great place, and we’d definitely stay again.

One day we only received 3 towels, and when we asked the staff if we could have more, we were asked why we needed them. The same with the toilet paper. When they cleaned our room, they did not bring extra toilet paper and there was only a little left, so again we were questioned as to why we needed more. Finally, upon checkout, we were hit with a $35 a night service fee and were told it covered things like coffee in the room, the use of the pool, and facilities. We've never encountered such a money grab for things that have always been included in any hotel stay. We are seasoned travelers. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Was told that a teenager could use the kayaks with us. When we went to use them, we were told he needed to be 18. The form clearly said that a parent needs to sign for those under 18. We were going on the kayaks as a family. Had to pay for parking.

Great location. AC was not really effective.

It has an excellent location, and the room was clean and tidy, though it needs updating; the hairdryer in the room worked but was very dirty. Another issue: they tell you parking costs $35 a day, but when you check out, the charge on your card is higher! When I made the reservation, I paid taxes and everything; I was only told that at the hotel I would need to pay $78 in destination fees and $35 per day for parking (for three days). The total should have been $173, but they charged my card $236.81.

Best part is the location and parking. Easy walking to wharfs and taking the car in and out of lot to see beyond.

Location was really great. The room was nice, but the bathroom needs to be updated. The plastics around the tub doesn’t go with that property it felt cheap.
