New caravans and friendly staff. Location is also closer to some beautiful beach towns in cornwall. Swimming pool is well maintained and heated which is a plus. No Wifi facility at caravan. No mobile signal available as well, so it was a very bad experience as I planned to work for a few days from there. It is quite strange not to have Wifi as standard these days. I was even ready to pay, but they said it's not possible. The arcade games for kids do not work as well.

Can have more play equipment, entertainment and food options.

No tea or coffee, no hair dryer in the property and even in the pool.

Club prices and lack of entertainment

Everything. There was no bad experience. I would highly recommend. Nothing - everything was perfect.

Clean and tidy. Lovely deck area to sit outside if weather good. Poor comfort of beds. No wife and lack of phone signal. TV only offers basic channels. Swimming pool open only between 10am-4pm so no good with kids who want a swim at end of day out somewhere. Kitchen only only after 5pm and no shop.

Super clean and well equipped accommodation. Pool was great for the kids too! Enjoyed the awesome sunsets!

Unclean and dirty in places in the apartment e.g. dirty floors and stuck on dirt on the skirting boards and on cupboards. Pool out of action during the duration of the stay.

Thought full things like welcome pack with dish soap and sponge. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good central location for both Newquay and St.Agnes / Portreath beaches. Site is a bit soulless, and exposed to weather. We visited in Oct, no doubt it is different when full of families etc Could have had a bit more info on things like heating, rubbish disposal etc

Clean and spacious home, modern and nice! The home didn't have any salt & pepper or any spices. It can be great with a small welcome gift.

But this caravan and almost all caravans on the site appeared brand new. They were modern and had all lovely up to date facilities. The showers were double and there was so much room in them. I felt I was in an apartment rather than a caravan. I loved that all we had to bring was towels as they had toilet paper, washing up liquid, bin liners, cloths, pillows and duvets already made up. They rang me up a week prior to tell me this which was a lovely touch and made me feel at ease and not wonder what we 'might' need to pack. The whole site was clean, friendly and quiet, although we did stay out of the school holidays, mid June. But nice to not be in the hustle and bustle. The location was perfect, right between Newquay and Perranporth. The pool was free, clean and perfect. The bar and restaurant looked lovely but we didn't get the chance to use them. The children's park was adequate and the dog exercise field (maze tracks) was perfect. We would definitely book this again and also looking for the same 'away resorts' parks to visit closer to home. No decking around the caravan where it would have been nice to sit out in the lovely sunshine and the dogs and toddler could have enjoyed a bit more freedom. P

Very comfortable, spacious, quite and clean.

I enjoyed bar but 3rd day was closed..it was only 8pm. It was very disappointment..coz next day I have to do check out.
