Very clean, comfortable stay A bit noisy at night, but it's a busy town and we always travel with earplugs.

The Inverbrook is in a ideal location for all attractions and the train station is just a stones throw away. The room was spotlessly clean with well stocked tea & coffee. The breakfast was ample and very filling. The owners made us feel very welcome and are a credit to themselves. I would highly recommend & will hopefully be back. Nothing

Great location to train station and local eateries. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Bed comfy and tea/coffee facilities available. Friendly staff. Good communication about stay/time of arrival. We were leaving early on our last day like a fellow guest and so we couldn't have breakfast as that started at 8:30. I wonder if in the future there's an opportunity to just grab a bowl of cereals and juice before leaving? I wouldn't expect staff to get up early to do a cooked breakfast but a chance to grab and go would be a good option.

Very friendly hosts, and excellent breakfast. Close to train & coach stations, and a convenience store a few minutes away. Kettle provided and mini fridge for milk. Very clean and tidy, and great value for money. Nothing.

Location was excellent for our needs. Breakfast was fantastic, cooked to order and plentiful Accomodation was spotlessly clean throughout. Highly recommend There was nothing that we did not like.

A genuinely exceptional place. Keith and Roz, the proprietors, are fantastic hosts, and really go out of their way to make your stay perfect; they even made me an early breakfast on checkout day so I could catch my train and still be well fed for the journey. The breakfasts at Invernook are among the best I've had, plentiful and excellent quality ingredients. The rooms are absolutely spotless and well supplied with tea and coffee, and the bed in the single room is incredibly comfortable. The mini fridge in the room is a nice touch I haven't seen in any other hotels. The Invernook is on a main road, but the traffic noise didn't seem excessive. The house wifi is excellent and didn't drop out once. The location couldn't be any more convenient, about five minutes' walk from the station, right at the top end of the town centre. Shops, bars, restaurants and beaches are all within ten minutes' walk. All in all I had a brilliant stay and I hope I get to come back soon. There was not a single disappointing aspect to my stay, it was all great.

Hosts extremely welcoming and helpful. Room very clean and large for a single. Breakfast very good. Ideal location for beach, shops and transport links. Excellent value for money would definitely rebook.

The property was well presented, superbly clean, comfortable & warm. The hosts gave us a warm welcome & the breakfast was excellent. We stayed here 6 years ago & nothings changed. Don't even get me started on value for money. Great venue, great hosts. 100% the tops February? The weather!!!!

Clean and comfortable room, friendly staff, convenient location and a really good breakfast included. Suited my needs perfectly. The off street parking was also a great advantage, as parking in Newquay can be tricky.

Breakfast was lovely, I was greeted well by the owners when I got there after a delayed flight. Location is ideal for pottering around the city!
